At this duplex, the kitchen and living room walls back up to each other, the bedrooms are on the ends of each side of the building. There is a double wall with insulation between the units to help with noise and keep the heat or cold from coming through.

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own or for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
