There is a living room with a fireplace, and a large screened in porch is off of the living room. Kitchen has a separate eating area, and includes use of a refrigerator and stove. The master bathroom has the pink bathroom with the stand up only shower; the full bathroom in the hallway has a traditional shower/tub combination. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer connections off the single car carport. This home has just been renovated with fresh interior paint throughout, together with all new flooring throughout except for the kitchen and eating area. There is attractive, wood looking vinyl flooring in all of the living areas and new carpeting and padding in all 3 bedrooms. The home is total electric with central heat and air.
Regarding fireplace: tenant responsible for having professionally inspected and cleaned annually, and is required to provide a paid receipt before use.
The house is all on one level, there is a basement underneath but the basement is not included and will remain locked off. Please do not ask us about the basement being included because it will not be included under any circumstances, it houses the system components only.
Utilities and yardcare are the tenant’s responsibility.

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own or for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
