There is a laundry closet with washer/dryer hookups off of a small hallway with the 2nd bathroom. There is a 2 car garage with an automatic garage door opener.
Utilities and yardcare are the tenant’s responsibility.

The tenant liability insurance policy/program is not renters insurance and does not cover a tenant’s personal belongings, additional living expenses or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. ** our firm strongly recommends that all tenants obtain a separate renters insurance policy to help protect your personal property and personal liability. **
A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own or for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
