This townhome is total electric with central heat and air, and includes use of stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a pantry and large laundry closet off of the kitchen that has washer dryer connections only. All bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, and the half bath is on the main level.
Convenient to shopping, grocery, restaurants, recreation (tennis courts, softball & soccer fields, walking trail, playground, etc.), hwy 81, hwy 316 and downtown winder.
Utilities are the tenant’s responsibility.

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own or for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
