The master bedroom is slightly larger than the second bedroom (room for crib, desk, etc.) and the bathroom is long and roomy with plenty of counter space/great for sharing. Fresh interior with some extra touches; carpet in the master bedroom, vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, and luxury hardwood plank looking vinyl flooring in all other areas including the 2nd bedroom. This duplex had new vinyl siding, windows and metal roof a few years ago so it looks great and is energy efficient. Covered front porch and grassy backyard area.
