I just moved in and the entire staff are just wonderful! I am treated like a welcomed guest and this has been the best move I've made so far. Clean, good area, and the sun isn't blazing onto the property.

I love Seminole trails. I lived in a 4/4 and I loved how spacious my room was, it was so cute and perfect for me. I now live in a 1/1 and its just as perfect! The bedroom is big and the living room is also the perfect size. Management actually takes you serious here unlike other places & always never fails to do everything they can to help you with anything you need! Dan, the property manager, is awesome and is always on top of things and goes above and beyond for residents! Its pretty quiet too, no loud partying and surprisingly, you really cant hear any traffic from Pensecola or Tennessee. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants space and affordability. If I could give this place more stars, I would.

I stayed in Seminole Trails for a year and I absolutely loved it, the management are easy going, pet friendly and the price is right especially when a million other complexes charging an arm and a leg for a true 1/1. The only down fall is parking, raccons and stray cats every where especially at night. Raccons literally take over the trash, so if you don't like raccons dont throw trash away at night !

I am so excited to be away from roommates! This is very affordable for a 1x1 here, so if youre looking for a place by yourself this is a great option. The kitchen may be a little small but I am going to be the only one living there so I would need that much room.

Nice apartments, some of the best looking 1x1s in town. Great amenities and helpful management. Only complaint is that owners do NOT pick up after their dogs. It is everywhere. Other than that, I would recommend.

Ive been waiting for my lease to end for about a while now .. Apartments are okay. The 1/1 is a nice size. Convenient to campus . The worst thing about these apartments is that the walls are PAPER THIN. You can literally hear every single thing your neighbor is doing. The walls are so thin that even though I have a 1/1 It seems as if I have a roommate because I can hear them as if they are in my apartment. Definitely been unpleasant staying here . Would not renew and actually looking for a sublease. Definitely no peace and quiet in your own apartment from the super thin walls . Im sure there is not insulation in these walls Its basically paper for walls. If youre okay with not having peace and quiet and listening to your neighbors all day and night, this is the place , if not , Id suggest somewhere else.

Very convenient location for college students. I have not had any problems with management, theft, or maintenance. Nice environment, quiet, and cozy.

Don't sign here, this apartment has no real regard for it's customers. They are over charging by implicating the extra installment payment upon move in at the end of the month. The office manager Dan is very arrogant because of the waiting list they've came across for the units. Do yourself a favor and use the same amount of money to pay for somewhere that will show you respect, and not make just your money relevant.

I love living in the community, my neighbors are nice the staff is very helpful and it is very peaceful. This is the best apartment I've had, the 1/1 is the perfect amount of space for me and it's refreshing to have no roommates.

Assistant manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, pool is always gross, and management requests are always done half-a**. Only plus is they allow pets and it's affordable

Management is great and have been very helpful with all apartment matters, renovations being made are heavily improving the complex. Very affordable. The only problem I can see are many of the residents leaving dog poo around and not caring for their surroundings but that is not the fault of the management at all.

I've lived here for 2 years and haven't had any issues. The old managers were awful, but the new staff is pretty helpful. Mostly older college students and young professionals. No complaints here.
