Since I got no response on Facebook I will leave this here too. This is from last Saturday. I gave them a 2 because I know they are beautiful apartments (my sister used to live there several years ago). Based off my experience today I would like to give them no stars. I am trying to find somewhere to move 1st of October. I am not in the rental business and therefor do not know how far in advance they can or can not see when places are available. In my opinion it never hurts to be over prepared. Apparently the apartment manager working today did not agree and made it known. My dad and I were greeted at the locked door with suspicion, an annoyed "Can I help you?" was our first impression. I decided to brush it off because I have worked in customer service and dealt with enough horrible customer service people that this was honestly not that bad. I said, "Oh I'm sorry are you not open yet?" even though it was 10:30 and I knew they opened at 10:00, I was trying to be polite. She said, again annoyed like we should've known, "Well We're open but can you wait because I am about to do a showing." I said "Oh Yeah no problem we actually came for a showing as well." She reacted like she's never heard anything more shocking, "You're here for a showing?!?!" My dad asked, "Do we need an appointment?" because she seemed so put off that we just walked in for that. She said "No you don't need an appointment, what are you looking for?" So I was even more confused by her previous reaction because if we don't need an appointment then why was she so shocked that's what we came in for. I told her I was looking for a 2 bedroom and to move in October 1st. The woman scoffed and laughed in our faces. Like out loud cackle in my face at the door that I was clearly not welcome to walk through. She said, "I have no idea what will be available at that time and I have NOTHING to show you. No units. I can give you some information I guess." At this point I am feeling embarassed by the way she is treating me in front of this stranger there to look at apartments, and my father, that I just said no thank you and turned to go back to the car. She again acted like my reaction was somehow offensive and closed the door. Technically nothing she said was wrong but the way she said it was rude and not at all welcoming. Nothing about the way I was treated would make me want to live here. If that's the reaction I am given when I'm simply inquiring then I am not inclined to believe any issues that arise while I live there will be taken care of. If your occupancy is low or you receive complaints about management I can pretty much guarantee it is thanks in part to the delightful woman working in the management office this morning.

Lived here for three years and was sad to leave! Our landlord, Lou, was so kind and friendly every single time we talked with her. We did have an issue with Bryan properties getting maintenance out when we had a washer hook up leak. However once I told Lou about the problem, it was taken care of immediately. You could pay online without huge fees ($5 tops I think) which was very handy! She really made it feel like a home!

Just renewed my lease here. Absolutely fantastic management and maintenance crew. They are all very friendly and helpful with any issues that may arise. The property is very well kept, super clean pool and awesome weight and cardio room. I've had a wonderful experience living here and would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment or somewhere to live to check out the Carlyle.

I honestly love living here. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my roommate and we both really enjoy it. The internet is fast and FREE, the showers always have hot water, we're never bugged by the neighbors, its really very nice. I would've given them 5 stars if the pool was better, the pool kinda sucks
