These are beautiful apartments-once you get passed the fact that they are extremely expensive. I mean, for what you get (all utilities paid, furnished, pool, cable, wifi) I guess I can't complain. The staff is really nice, but they don't tell you about all the hoops you have to jump through until after you have signed the lease. I had to pay a $200 transfer fee for a temporary room in the summer because they couldn't put me in the room I had signed for. And even then I don't know if that is the room I will get because they don't know if the people there will renew their lease. So I have two other rooms I could possibly move into at this point. I have only been here for two and a half weeks. I wish the water temperature in the showers was a little hotter but I can't complain too much. Beware of some of the rushed craftsmanship. There is paint on my lights in the bathroom and it looks like the contractor was being rushed for time so things are hastily put together. Wifi service isn't too bad, but would be better if I could hook my computer straight up to the router (which is about twenty feet from my room). Apparently cable isn't available per room, just out in the living room. The rooms are small, but not too bad. You do have to buy renters insurance. Their parking passes are $100 for the yearly lease. They normally run specials, but depending the time of year that you sign, you never know how much you will have to pay. My down deposit was $325 on top of the discounted rent of $585 and the previous fees I mentioned.
