If you are interested in applying for the unit you have viewed, please request an application. Our system only allows for applications to be filled out online. It is not possible to accept a paper application. Once you receive an email with a link to the application, it is not complete until submitted with the accompanying application fee which is due at time of submission through the same portal. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports as defined by and pursuant to rcw 59.18. If you need language assistance or a reasonable accommodation, you may request additional time to complete the application.
To receive the application, each applicant residing in the unit (18 and older) must provide their full name and email address and complete the application in full to be considered for tenancy. Applications are not accepted if not completed in full and the system itself will not accept the application until the fee has been paid
