Two (2) night tables and two (2) reading lamps, along with a full size dresser, large closet, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. • Two (2) full well-appointed bathrooms with combined shower/tub and marble counter tops. Two (2) piece powder room on the main floor. • Warm, inviting living room with 46” flat screen LCD TV with large comfortable sectional sofa, full size ottoman and two (2) end tables. Provided for your stay in the rental: Linens, fully equipped kitchen (with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.), full-sized washer and dryer inside home, basic cable, Wi-Fi, local calls only phone service, water, owner covers $100 of electric and a necessity starter kit including toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.
This unit is NOT pet friendly.
Fees and deposits required for renting this unit: $175-250 non-refundable cleaning fee, $99-$125 non-refundable damage waiver fee, $500 Security Deposit*.
The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of May-October. Anything not used for electric or damages will be refunded back to you after you check out* and electric bill expenses have been covered.
