I’ve lived here for a year and I am resigning! I live in a 4bedroom now I’m moving into a 3bedroom. The garage was definitely a perk for the 4bedroom because it occasionally hails here. Moving in to the 3bedroom I’m looking forward to having a pantry and a close walk to the bus stop. Really nice place!

Nothing but good experiences with Tetro so far! My lease starts in 5 months, and I can't wait to move in. I expect to have a great first renter experience there. Ashtin is awesome!! Update Aug 2018: I just moved out of Tetro after living there for a year. I had a great experience. The apartments are very roomy, very modern, and have huge closets. The pool was always clean when I went to relax there. Maintenance is onsite and usually responded in a very timely manner. I also really liked that there is on foot security over night. There was the occasional loud party, but it is a student based facility so that's expected. Krystal, the property manager, will do whatever she can to help you out. You just have to reach out to her and be reasonable. She is there to help and is very understanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my first renter experience with Tetro.

Overpriced for what you get. There's better options out there. They do a lot of little things to nickle and dime you out of money. The maintenance dudes are pretty nice but they just barged into my room twice now. But really look at other options before you go here. I paid 675, it feels like it should be closer to a place that should cost around 500.

I currently live in the 2 bedroom apartment and I love the amount of cabinet space. I also love the view from our balcony... we can see the pool. I roomed with a random and did their roommate matching thing and it was very accurate. My roommate is clean and we get along very well. I loved living at Tetro this year and am resigning my lease for Fall 19'.

Honestly love living here! My building was very clean, spacious, and had everything that I had hoped for when I moved into my first apartment. I love the enthusiasm of the staff and their willingness to help me work though any apartment/roommate issues. I especially like that this is one of the few student apartments that have garages. It definitely makes me feel safe/protected & offerd extra storage space. You also can't beat the occasional free food & the beautiful pool :)

This was my first year living here at Tetro and I absolutely loved it! I loved it so much that I actually renewed my lease to stay here. The apartments are really nice and offer a good amount of living space so you dont feel so crammed. The amenities are also a major plus! The pool is beautiful and the gym is super convenient and has everything you would need. I love the atmosphere of the people here and how friendly everyone is. This is also a super pet friendly place which I love. The staff is very nice and not to mention fun people. They always make sure to plan fun things for their residents such as FREE food, games, grocery bingo, pool parties, etc. Whenever I have a concern, Im always able to call Tetro and get assistance right away. Angelica has been especially helpful and nice! If there has ever been a matienence issue, they have always been quick to come fix it as well. I look forward to continuing to live here!

I came down to visit my sister for the weekend and immediately noticed how well kept the apartments are. Being that I provided my own transportation, I really appreciated the visitor parking spots that were available. I also liked the car garage option as well as an alternative to additional parking. The apartments from inside are so nice and have such a modern appeal to them. I enjoyed all the great and super convenient appliances, really made me feel right at home! The walk-in closet in my sister room was probably my favorite thing about the whole place! Has a lot of wide-open space and room which makes me feel comfortable when I visit. I look forward to my Tetro visits!!

I have lived at Tetro for two years and I would never request for any student to live here. When I first moved in there was still paint tape in my bathroom and a broken showerhead, along with serious damage left from the previous resident in the bedroom I put in request and with in the two year still have the damage in my apartment. Also if you have guest they must be in guest parking but if they are in the space for more than two days they will be towed costing you $350+ dollars and they signs do not specify that and they never emailed me or put it in their guest parking that that is the tow companies policy. Also even though they say they put you with your best match roommate they don't my first year I was put with someone who was 26 at a different university and enjoyed to party when I complained they said they match due to gender not by personality match and you must have a serious reason for wanting to move rooms. Along with that they are way over priced if you lose anything you must pay for it and it is not cheap. If they change their providers for your utilities you have to pay the difference. If you live in the back build they gate never works and they will leave the front one open so anyone can come in and out without your notice. No student should live here, there are way better options out there.

Tetro is a great place to live! The staff is amazing, really friendly. Great amenities, dog friendly, each room has it own walk-in closet!! The staff is always doing promotions for free food or items. Short distance from UTSA if you attend the university, there is also a bus that picks up directly from the front. I would highly recommend living there!!!

I have lived in a four bedroom town home at Tetro Student Village for the past three years. After living in downtown Austin for a semester (which is ridiculously expensive) I definitely think that you get your money's worth at Tetro. Spacious apartment, free reserved parking (for four-bedroom residents), and nice appliances. For the most part management is nice and complaints and work orders are addressed fairly quickly. I also think that they do take our complaints into consideration. However, I do think that management can be overly picky about what residents can have inside their apartment, garage, or balcony which often leads to fines and sometimes I feel like we're being taken advantage of.

This is my second year living at tetro and it has been great! There's a lot that tetro gives to their residents like free food, own garage, and Starbucks machine. The office staff is really nice and can accommodate to what you need.

There are many issues with this apartment complex. The dwelling looks nice but everything is made of cheap materials. That being said, I've had countless problems with many appliances since I moved in last year. I'd be more upset, but maintenance handles the problems very quickly. Also, the roommate preference sheet really didn't help find me good roommates. I had to pay the transfer fee because I was matched with loud roommates even though I wrote that I needed a quiet environment. The kitchen area is a joke. In a 4 bedroom apartment, there was no pantry; it was a struggle making everything fit. If you aren't in your kitchen often I don't see it as a problem, but if you like to cook then it'll be a huge hindrance and I suggest you find somewhere else. The staff was great here, they're the reason I don't leave a lower review. Still, it isn't enough of a saving grace for me to recommend this place

While the location, coffee machine, and shuttle are very convenient, I have hated my stay at this complex. They do not give a rats ass about roommate pairing so don't even bother filling out the preferences form, they will stick you with the person that is most convenient for them and the complete opposite of anything you have ever wanted in a roommate. But it doesn't stop there, when you complain to the office about your roommate smoking weed in the complex (which is a leasing violation) they will do absolutely nothing to stop it. But wait it gets worse, there are 15 visitor parking spots in the entire complex, and if your mom is handicap and comes to visit, expect to scavenge her a visitor spot at the back of the complex. GOOD LUCK! There is no good lighting along the complex so make sure you watch what is lurking in the dark from your long walk from visitor parking if you live in the front of the complex. Not to mention the sketchy parties that happen at the back of the complex! Be careful walking around the complex late at night, there are always drunk drivers and even drunker college students roaming around, you can count on there being broken glass and solo cups/garbage surrounding the complex the morning after. The gym and the pool are constantly being closed for maintenance which is super inconvenient. When I moved in they failed to shampoo my carpet, or wipe down any furniture, my place was covered in cat fur, including claw marks all over my living room furniture, I guess to sum it up its been a tragedy living here since day 1. Save yourself the time and money, the sketchy neighbors and terrible roommates are guaranteed!
