Geoff was very professional and went above and beyond. Everything was better than expected and community seems nice and quiet. Definitely check this place out and pet friendly is definitely a plus. Staff in particular Geoff is definitely on point and move quickly to get the job done.

I gave this place 3 star rating due to issues not being handled. Now I realize it's the head managers mishandlings most of the time. Please PR MANAGER if you actually read these reviews these apartments are beautiful and not cheap for the problems to not be solved adequately, I know there are so many units so it takes time but sometimes just some reassurance from her that they will get rosolved. Geoff is amazing and I know he gets so many complaints but truly seem's like someone's who cares and want this apartments to be amazing. If there is a supervisor please check how things go, talk to some of the renters who pay rent and are asking for help ,I'm not stating my problems just cause I need to go full one out but I will be updating my stats according to how my problems are handled and how I'm treated telling the office of my problems, I hope I can give a five star rating and give a honest review because these are some beautiful apartments and i would love to have a pleasant experience to refer more people here.

I have been a resident at Sierra Royale going on two years. The five star review I am giving is for specific reasons which I will share in my comment. Since me and my family have lived here, this year is definitely the year that the property has been making major improvements. I believe we have gone through at least five managers. The amazing thing that I would like to point out is this, the property is not running up to par because of Lynn the current manager, the property is amazing because of Geoff. I would like to point out that I did not know Lynn was the manager until Geoff himself told me. Every time I would step into the office the person I would see was Geoff. Finally when my family and I decided to upgrade from our current apartment to a townhouse is when I got to meet Lynn for the first time. My first experience as well as every experience after that with Lynn was very unpleasant and very unprofessional, to the point where if Geoff would not be working in the office I would gladly break my lease and find another location to live. Where do I begin, Well for starters when my family and I decided to transition into the new apartment, we were more then willing to pay the transfer rate as well as the first months rent as well as prorated charges to move into the new place. If you are familiar with the rent prices at these apartments it is not cheap. With as much money as we were spending you would thing think that Lynn would be more then willing to reassure our living conditions would be more then comfortable for us. (after all the residents do pay her salary)So the air conditioner to our new unit was not working and was super hot. Geoff was kind enough to tell us that we were more then welcome to stay in our old apartment to assure we still had a comfortable place to sleep at night. Lynn on the other hand stated that what Geoff was telling us was not correct and he was nobody. She even told us not to listen to anything he told us. She then threatened that if she found out we were sleeping in the old apartment, she was going to charge us fees. We turned in all the keys for the old apartment and settled into our beautiful but very hot apartment. After four days I went to the office to talk to Lynn because on previous reviews below we are told we can always walk in and talk to the manager with our concerns. When I walked in to the office Lynn shut her door and refused to speak to me, instead she called out for Geoff and told him that there was nothing she can do for me and I had to wait until the repairman came in. She couldn't even take a moment to hear me out and reassure me she was going to make sure it got taken care of. This lady has refused to communicate and she does not make herself available to the residents, but then again I can see how that is impossible when she is gone maybe 5 days out of the 6 days that the office is open. Every time I have called the office or gone in, Geoff is the one who gladly handles all of my issues and assures that it will get taken care of. I truly believe that this property would be 1000 times better if Geoff had alot more say, because unlike what she said, I do believe he is more about the residents being happy then just about collecting a pay check. So to whoever reads this and responds to it from the company, all I ask for is this. That instead of just reading the reviews and responding a cliche message to make it seem like you're doing your job, get off the computer and come and truly look at the property and handle the business. I guarantee if you do not take action and are all about words, that Lynn will be causing you to lose a lot of money and residents. As for Geoff, from what I have seen, this guy bust his butt on a daily to assure the smooth operation of the property. Give the guy a promotion and a raise. Hes definitely a keeper and I know he will help this property be even better then ever.

Very nice personnel, apartments are very nice living place. One thing that I really dislike is the maintenance waiting time. They do take a very long time to fix issues. My wall is damage from the living room and still have waited about a month already to fix it. Also my AC broke down last night. Very hot, I just hope they dont take forever to fix this too :/. But other than that I like it!

I can't tell you how much I love my apartment! It is a "small" 1 bedroom - if you consider over 730 sqft small! Everyone thinks my floors are real hardwood, the textured vinyl plank is very convincing. This is the nicest apartment I have had since I was paying $1300 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. There is tons of closet space (2 big walk in closets in my bedroom alone!) and a big storage room outside. Every apartment has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer hookups and a fireplace. Mine has a really big and PRIVATE lanai. There is ample parking so that's never a problem. It's a really quiet neighborhood too. I LOVE the sun screens on the windows, they really help in these hot Texas summers and provide extra privacy too. The pool area is really nice and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up from me!

Since we moved in things get fixed in a timely manner and staff is so nice. The parking space is great and apartments are big and spacious. I love our upgraded townhome and plan on staying a while. Thank you staff so much from management to the maintenance,the team is great! Keep up the good work!

Moved in late Oct 2017. Really had no idea these were here and so glad I was able to locate them. They are Exactly what I was looking for. Secluded, small community, great lay out, Staff Outstanding and the Maintenance has been top notch. Have recommended to several friends that are already reaching out to staff to get appointments to gain residence.

The size and unique layout of these apartments appealed to me from the beginning. The complex is secluded and quite. They are older units but have been renovated very nicely. The maintenance staff is friendly, respectful and quick to respond. I'm glad I found this complex and hope to stay here a while.

We have had a wonderful experience at Sierra Royale! We have absolutely no regrets moving into this property, especially having Lynn, Leslie and Miguel as our staff!! They are the best! They are very respectful and definitely communicate with you! The property has turned out for the best, and has continued to have such great and amazing progress. We are certainly happy with our property!

Ive been here for about 7 months and have seen the turn for the better. With the arrival of Lynn everything has changed from previous poor management to top notch treatment of us as renters. Miguel is an excellent maintenance technician and goes above and beyond to help. Leslie is great at answering questions and addressing concerns as well. Overall its beengreat! You should move here!
