I have lived here for just over a year and absolutely love the location, close to amazing restaurants and parks. The bark park is convenient and large enough for my dog to mingle with fellow residents and their furry friends, plus it has a wash bay (super nice to not have to wash my dog in the tub). Management has been nothing but helpful and caring with questions I've had regarding packages, lease information, and especially when I was looking into leasing here. I really appreciate Anthony and Claudia for being so kind and helpful.

I have lived here for just over a year and absolutely love the location, close to amazing restaurants and parks. I just renewed my lease for this complex, and I love it here. The facilities are gorgeous, the repairmen are prompt, and the staff are wonderful. If I ever have an issue Anthony and Susan are always professional and eager to help. Anthony goes out of his way to make sure all your needs are met before you even need to ask and was even willing to roll up his sleeves to help me move a couch. I love being able to call this apartment complex a home. Highly recommend to any young professionals looking to move in to a clean, quiet yet upbeat neighborhood close to major highways and good eats. 5/5!!

Living here has been great! My apartment has all the good stuff and a little extra for a decent price compared to the places nearby. I love my garden tub and built in desk and my view from my balcony. The amenities are super nice too. The staff, especially Anthony in the leasing office, has always been helpful and friendly and everything I have ever needed has been taken care of promptly. Anthony helped find me the perfect unit within my budget and move in time period when I moved here a year ago, and helped make it possible for me to stay another year! I would definitely recommend living here!

Living here has been great! My apartment has all the good stuff and a little extra for a decent price compared to the places nearby. I moved to the Brackenridge about 3 months ago. I was able to search for apartments around the San Antonio area a few months prior to that. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm by the staff. I worked with Anthony and he worked diligently to place me in an apartment that would meet my needs. He worked extremely hard to accommodate my timelines and keep me informed about what I needed to do to get ready to move in. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! I toured apartments all over San Antonio and did some research to figure out what complex would be best for me. Everyone I spoke to in the complex absolutely loved it! We are close to the Pearl, right off Broadway (lots of food and activities nearby), not far from downtown, and I work on Fort Sam so the commute is perfect. There is a large pool area that is great for laying out. The grill area is extremely nice and well kept. The clubhouse is great for little activities and a great place to study. The dog park is my favorite feature. Most of the complexes in town have a little fenced off area about the size of a living room with fences that go up to my knee. That is maybe a good play area for Chihuahuas, but not enough to entertain a bigger dog. The Brackenridge has an enormous dog park that we just love! Never a dull moment. I recommend this place to anyone looking to rent an apartment in San Antonio, hands down! It was the nicest place, for the best price and location, with amenities that are second to none, and a customer service environment that will have you feeling like the center of their world. Come by and check it out, you won't be disappointed!

I moved in here about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. The apartment is very nice, it is conveniently located, my dog is in love with the dog park (and the people, and about 10 other dogs) and everyone working on the property is very kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly and also the pool makes me feel like I live at a resort.

My roommate and I lived here during our senior year of college and had a great experience overall. All of the leasing staff we worked with were beyond helpful and friendly, and whenever we needed a work order, the problem was fixed relatively quickly. The units and resources themselves are great and, considering the proximity to the Pearl and Downtown, the prices aren't terrible. Probably the only complaint would be the walls appeared to be fairly thin, making us feel like we had to walk on egg shells to avoid noise complaints, or seeming like we had surround sound speakers to hear the trash pick-up and gardeners like they were standing right next to us. For those who can afford more luxury-style apartments, I would recommend Brackenridge.

My wife and I visited yesterday. Anthony in the leasing office gave us a tour, showed us a variety of apartments. He was extremely cordial, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate our questions. Thus we put in a deposit and applied to be residents. We might not have done so but for Anthony's welcoming, efficient manner and help. We look forward to living at The Brackenridge.

Brackenridge at Midtown is by far the best apartment complex in San Antonio, TX. All of the amenities are exceptional, not to mention the free yoga and spin classes. This place is also super pet friendly (awesome dog park and free dog treats)! If you ever need help with anything, go to Anthony Graves. He is the absolute best!!!

I looked at 34 places and choose the Brackenridge. Initially because of appearance and location. But I must admit. Everyone on staff here is fabulous. I could not have made a better decision. I was moving from a large house only one on street and the thought of apt living was very stressful. Plus I came here alone and the staff are always accommodating and answer all my questions. Gym and pool are a huge perk. Thank you everyone.

Great service by Anthony and Shanitra and I don't even live there! My package was delivered there by mistake and instead of sending it back, they googled my address and called my apartment manager. I drove over and picked it up. So nice!

The Brackenridge at Midtown is an wonderful place to live. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and had the easiest/smoothest move in with my leasing agent Anthony! The dog park is huge! The place is extremely dog friendly. We love the luxurious pool too.

The complex is amazing and very well maintained! The office staff is always so helpful and pleasant! The maintenance team is also very responsive and effective! The location is pretty awesome....walking distance from all the major attraction sites in the area.

My wife and I are getting stationed in Fort Sam and looked at MANY apartments. We were extremely impressed with how the leasing process worked with Brackenridge. It was night and day compared to some of the other complexes we visited/inquired about. We walked in with almost zero intention of renting there/but just wanted to get an idea of prices. If you have the opportunity, ask for Shanitra! She took time to go through every question we had as first time renters, and we felt zero pressure through the entire process. Although we have yet to move in, it is clear that there's a different level of quality with these apartments. They're much more solidly built than any of the lofts/condos we looked at downtown. There's tons of parking/pool is huge/it's immaculate/gym and aerobics rooms were clean / and has the biggest dog park I've ever seen at an apartment complex. It's about 5 minutes from the Pearl, only 2 minutes from Broadway, and we're looking forward to running in brackenridge park. Even with all of that, it felt secluded and very safe. Excited to move here! Disclaimer: My wife and I have not moved in here yet, but still felt we could review it from the leasing standpoint.

Absolutely LOVE living at The Brackenridge at Midtown! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've worked with both Shanitra and Anthony and they are the greatest! They are both very friendly and welcoming. They do their best in helping us out with whatever we need. I would highly recommend living here. :)

The Brackenridge at Midtown is AMAZING! I cannot think of a single negative aspect, other than some occasional noise complaints, but the staff is quick to take care of those. The management and maintenance teams here are wonderful and caring. Every time I go into the office, they ask if they can assist with anything and make sure I am 100% comfortable in my apartment. The complex is gorgeous and they are constantly cleaning and doing upkeep to make sure the building stays in the best condition. The pool is always clean, as is the gym, and they have free workout classes every week for the residents. They also have community parties and I believe they recently implemented a bike rental program. In addition, the complex is pet friendly and the pet park is beautiful and maintained well. They have pet treats in the front office and coffee for the residents as well. The location is amazing, the complex is safe, and they have so many great amenities. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

These guys are sleezeballs. The places are nice enough - pricey, cheaply constructed but brand-new. Nice pool although it's very rarely cleaned. The "lounge area" is only open during business hours, virtually guaranteeing that no one can ever use it. The location looks decent on a map but in actuality it's too far from anywhere to walk, and being boxed in by Fort Sam on one side and Broadway on the other, it's not a pleasant bike ride to get anywhere either. Downtown, Fort Sam, and HEB Central Market are close if you're driving, though. The staff changes their demeanor very quickly after you sign the lease - very friendly and able to work with you until you've signed, then good luck getting anyone's attention. Also, plan on your rent hiking every year you're there and doubling down on your security deposit when you leave. I left my place completely spotless (as in, brand-new condition given that I was the first tenant ever to occupy that apartment). They "came up" with $222.50 in "cleaning and repairs" (I'd love to see what the bill would've looked like had I not meticulously scrubbed every inch of that place). They even sent me pictures of the spotless apartment, as if the dirt they're referencing would be there if I only had the right software with which to zoom in on it! Anyway - I'd pay the extra $50-$100 a month that it'll cost to occupy one of the many similar places that are nearby if I were you. These guys are fine but clueless and soulless. If you give the staff a few years to figure out what they're doing, it might but worth it, but then again by that time the places will be falling apart. Better believed you'll be charged for it, too!
