EDIT 2: in regards to security issues, I talked to management about it and they told me they were aware of the issues and were working on it. Good news is that one of the tenants that recently moved to my floor, who was the one that was bringing random people over and disturbing the peace, is getting evicted, so thats a good start. Hopefully, management continues to get rid of all the trashy people and we can start living in peace again. EDIT: my original review is still below but I felt like I had to make this update to reflect some of the things Ive seen in the past couple of months. My main concern right now is the apparent lack of security measures. A block away from this complex is The Gateway Inn, which is a known crime hotspot full of drug dealers and prostitutes. Theres now heavy Police presence at the Gateway and it seems that its pushing some of those criminals to our community. Ive witnessed some shady activities taking place inside and out of the apartment and some of these new tenants Ive met have me scratching my head wondering how they got approved for a unit because they look like crackheads and their behavior sure support that notion. Sorry if that sounds judgmental but it is an accurate statement. You now see needles and needle caps in the hallway, as well as trash and random stuff from outside. I even had my door mat stolen, which is stupid, but makes you wonder what else they will try to steal or if theyre capable of breaking into our home. Also, you now see a bunch of random people youve never seen before going in and out of the complex like its nothing. Management might as well rename the apartments The New Gateway Inn because thats really how it feels to live in here now. I will include some pictures Ive taken of the stuff thats been going on in the past few months. Bridge Property Management needs to step up their game and be more strict as to who they rent to and increase security measures. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Love this place. Nice and quiet, at least from my experience since moving in last November. My unit is in very good condition and whenever I had a request for maintenance, they've been very prompt to get the work done. The manager, Ana, is friendly and extremely helpful. I like the activities and gatherings management plan for our community. The thing I like most, though, is how close I live to downtown and the easy access to public transportation, especially the TRAX and Frontrunner. We also have a GreenBike station right in our complex which is super cool.

I think a lot of these one star reviews are just people who don't have any patience. The management can be slow at times but they will work with you if you come in person. They are likely just understaffed and get a lot of "nit picky" requests. My complaints are the German cockroaches other than that I don't know what anyone is talking about when it comes to the cleanliness of the building. Unfortunately people are dirty and will throw their trash in public areas with no cameras, just like anywhere... Other than that I've felt like I've been treated okay by the management.

What people care about most first off- My rent is $965 for the larger of the 1 bedroom options. Renovated- They are new but the dishwasher and stove are the bare minimum cheapest models, the paint job is lacking in quality, wiring is poor in my unit, cabinets space in the kitchen looks like a lot but isn't- they are all tall but really narrow or wide but not deep. (nowhere to put larger pans, not sure where to put silverware). I have lived here three weeks and twice someone has pooped in the stairwell... I have had a work order out for all the sockets that don't work in the kitchen, the pipe for the sink that is leaking, and a bulb missing from the hood (I have never bought a bulb for a hood and I said I'd be happy to replace it myself if they would just tell me what to buy) for the stove for two weeks now and I have reached out multiple times (email, in person, different people). My rent has been messed up and not fixed yet. The work out center is small, free weighs only go to 50 but they only have one bench and it is broken, and the pull up bar is at the ceiling so you cant do a pull up. It is fine for cardio though. Ana, the community manager, is awesome! Very caring, makes you feel like you have been heard, extremely personable. It just sucks cause she is slammed all the time. I don't think she means to but because of this she often forgets what I have needed to get done. Her assistant is terrible, I work normal hours and it's difficult to meet up with her because she shows up late and leaves earlier than the hours they say they work (9-6) Ana is the only saving grace of this place... I have seen management has responded. It has no substance though, mostly fluff. I did email Ana one more time and she did get back to me. The sink and hood light have finally been fixed! Sockets are still out but I will take what i can get. Also, no one has pooped in the stair well this week so I guess things are slowly getting better. I read a post below and it said if you are willing to live utilitarian this place is fine, and I completely agree. Not a bad place when put in those terms. The complex also has a mouse problem. It comes and goes but in total I have caught about 10 over the past few months. Also a cockroach here and there
