Perfect place to live right in the heart of Raleigh downtown. Some of the great amenities include direct access to the parking garage from all the floors, package concierge and a rooftop deck with a good view, sofas, grills and TV. The management staffs are very nice and helpful, they organise fun events and social hours from time to time which makes you feel at home.

I lived here for 2+ years and loved it! Best location in downtown. I had an 8 minute walk to work everyday. The staff is fantastic! They genuinely care about the residents, and they plan a lot of great social events. Rent is reasonable. In fact, if you are looking to live in a newer apartment by yourself (studio) you won't find a cheaper place downtown. (trust me I tried) Parking is included with rent. The rooftop lounge is a really cool place to have cookouts. Great view of downtown. I highly recommend this place is you are looking to live downtown. Other new apartment complexes had studios renting for 1300-1400 per month. This place was considerably cheaper.

I was a resident here for a little over two years - excellent downtown location, and the management team was great to work with. Great floor plan, and the rooftop deck is awesome.

Pros: -Location, location, location -Free parking spot/parking garage access -Recently built -Clean -Modern, high-quality rooms/appliances/fixtures -Great windows/lighting -Affordable -Rooftop patio -Staff is friendly -Occasional community events (free food/drink) Cons: -Workout room is on the smaller side, no free-weights (dumbbells/barbells) -Staff can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of (aren't always in the office during normal business hours) Overall, the cons don't amount to enough to detract from the 5 stars!

It's a Manhattan apartment feel in downtown Raleigh. Let's start with location. It's on Davie/Dawson/Cabarrus/McDowell. If you know anything about Raleigh, you know that's about the best location in the city. It's wedged between the two primary north and south streets so anyone will be able to find you. And once they figure out where you live you will have friends over all the time wanting to sleep over since they can walk to all the local restaurants and bars. The building is super cool. The "L" is based on the design. It is simply and L shaped building wrapped around a parking deck. Which means there aren't a million residents, which I greatly appreciate. The building is very secure. Only residents can get in and out during non business hours which makes me feel great. One of the coolest things about the place is parking deck entry. You can park on the floor you live on and enter from the deck. Makes hauling groceries just a short hall walk. Speaking of parking deck, this one faces Red Hat Amphitheater. If you don't get caught, you can catch some really good concerts, albeit it is a whole new definition to the nose-bleed seats. Amenities are few, but nice. There is no pool or clubhouse. There is a rooftop terrace with tables, chairs, televisions, and grills. If you were interested in hosting a small sports party gathering it would be perfect. It also makes for a great midnight glass of wine and people watching. There is a gym, but it's more of a small room with a few machines, some dumbbells, kettle balls, and some other small equipment. It's perfect for what is needed and is never too full. There is a package concierge station for picking up boxes as well as on-site dry-cleaning pickup and drop-off. The apartments are beautiful. I have a corner unit with views of McDowell and Davie. Tons of windows and natural light. High ceilings. Modern flooring. Mega storage and floor space for a two bedroom. And it's so quiet. You never hear people in your apartment or in the halls. The staff is amazing. When I submit a ticket for maintenance it's usually done within 24 hours. The office staff always smiles, speaks and knows who you are. It's the absolute best.

Have lived here in a 1br for six months so far. The apartments are in a great location for walking to work downtown, nice and clean with a modern look. Love the proximity to the park for dog walks and the always full jar of dog treats in the lobby. The small fitness room upstairs is just enough for regular cardio, and the roof deck is a bonus! The staff is so friendly and always available. Once when the power went out, I was able to text someone at 9pm on a Friday to get help! Highly recommended.
