The gunshots are my only complaint. Just a few days ago, I heard about 12 gunshots late at night, and one or two nights ago I heard two more gunshots. The gunshots are fairly common and usually occur late at night, typically after 11 pm. I'll never forget, however, when I saw someone get out of their car, fire off two shots in the air in broad daylight, and then drive away. Happened right outside my bedroom window a few months ago. I know other people must have seen this. Living here has caused me to seriously consider getting a conceal carry.

I have been here 3 months now and still I find it to be clean and free of roaches or other pests. Maintenance requests are handled timely. I like the upgrades on the appliances and sink, the flooring in the kitchen and hall is nicer than most faux-wood laminates you see in pricier apartments. I find it to be more upscale than what I expected for the low rent. The walls are a nice cream color and the blinds are in good shape but not the heavy sturdier ones I prefer, they're the flimsy vinyl kind that break or bend if you don't take care of them. The carpet was not new but was decent and with two small kids I prefer to not be responsible for maintaining brand new carpeting. As far as safety goes: the third floor windows do not lock, which is a concern, not for people breaking in, but my small children opening it and falling out... so i will purchase my own window child proofing items. This place is right off Capital Blvd by mini-city so you are close to all kinds of shopping options. All my neighbors are quiet and friendly. I like the large amount of kids in the complex I still feel comfortable in my decision to bring my family here.

I have to say I enjoy living here so far. I find it to be clean and free of roaches and pest control came by the first week for a preventative spray. I had a maintenance issue where I thought my tub faucet did not work and maintenance came right away and showed me how to turn it on properly. I like the upgrades on the appliances and sink, the flooring in the kitchen and hall is nicer than most faux-wood laminates you see in pricier apartments. I find it to be more upscale than what I expected for the low rent. The walls are a nice cream color and the blinds are in good shape but not the heavy sturdier ones I prefer, they're the flimsy vinyl kind that break or bend if you don't take care of them. The carpet was not new but was decent and with two small kids I prefer to not be responsible for maintaining brand new carpeting. For me, this does not reflect badly on the neighborhood bc these things can happen anywhere and overall I still feel safe here BUT it was enough to prompt a request for a deadbolt in my home which the office has kindly obliged to provide. This is right off Capital Blvd by mini-city so you are close to all kinds of shopping options. All my neighbors are quiet and friendly. People are always up and about at all hours of the night here but there is nothing excessive or annoying about it. With the large amount of kids in the complex I feel comfortable in my decision to bring my family here.

Could there be some improvements made with how much they are charging, definitely yes, the supposed upgrades made in apartments are not at all what you would expect them to be.

Love this place...Great location, Its clean, quiet, and spacious. I have only been here for almost a month but honestly I'm pleased with the apartment complex. The leasing office was nice, returned all my calls, lease was signed no hidden fee's. All the women in the office were friendly and available. ( they are opened on Saturdays). The property is well maintained, I see maintenance staff all the time, which is a great thing. They showed me the available unit instead of showing a model unit. It makes a big difference. Hopefully everything will stay great with this apartment complex. The only thing I had a issue with was getting my couch thru the door. Its a big sofa tho so not anybody fault. :)

Staff was excellent and very nice . The process was easy and quick .Loved the price and lay out of my new 2 bedroom 2 bath, not to mention the all black appliances ! Ample space all around the house! Can't wait to move in Friday! I'm super excited !

Staff POV:::::::::::::::: Spring Forest Apartments is a Great community! It's unfortunate that the comments are from lease holders who have been evicted, complain about small issues that they are totally in control of, and/or don't pay rent on time. We have three knowledgably lease consultants in the office and we have a community manager and assistant manager on site. We have a total of 45 years of experience with Multi-Family. We also have a maintenance supervisor who has 10 years of experience and we have five qualified maintenance technicians. Please don't past judgment based off negative views or opinions from an angry lease holder. Please come by Any time Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm and we are conveniently open on the weekends Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. Thank you for your time and I hope to work with you soon.

I hate anything where I have to be assessed. However, despite being denied for something that was on my credit that I didn't even know about.... it was a pleasant experience, the team was nice and friendly. Though I still find myself practically homeless based on some crazy circumstances. They were super professional and efficient.

I have postive things to say about the staff. When I first moved out there I was shown a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, however when I went to sighn my lease and pick up the key thats not what I got. I went back and the situation was fixed. I got a 2 bed room 2 bath upgraded model for 633.00. I am happy with my unit.

I was a resident of Spring Forest Apartments Raleigh NC...My first apartment was ok then I decided to get a 2 bedroom worst decision I would ever make. When I moved In the stove was not even put in it was down in a hole. Roaches wow the roaches they would come from anywhere they spray I think and it never helped. My second bedroom when it would rain outside some how the carpet would get wet on the inside I guess under the flooring. I would not suggest spring forest apartments to anyone. O and the office never I mean never answers the phone when you call them!
