I was one of the residents impacted (and eventually forced out) by the flooding following Hurricane Matthew in 2016. While a horrible situation, management was very accommodating in the following days and weeks, even though I left their properties. They were pretty clear about the flooding possibility when I signed the lease and I knew what I was getting into. The location was worth the risk, in my opinion. It's also worth noting, every time there was a flooding threat, management reached out to residents to let them know. Overall, a great place. Had I not been forced out by Mother Nature, I'd still be there. Responsive management, fantastic location and very affordable. The ONLY downside is the risk for flooding.
