Let's start off with what I have loved about Mariner's... -I loved the pool! So clean and quiet 90% of the time - the location. It's close to everything! 18 mins from the airport 15 to downtown. Close to all the highways. - new appliances! What I have not loved... -For the last 6 months there has been construction. I wake up to equipment. My whole parking lot is covered with construction equipment and trash. I got a nail in my tire from roofers. It's been hell. - neighbors smoke cigs and weed 24/7 and my whole house smells like it. Always. Super embarrassing when people come to visit. - the office staff changes a whole lot. - not a week goes by without stepping in dog poop. So many people here don't ever pick up after their dogs. I wish the good out weighed the bad, but it doesn't. We have stayed a year and am currently looking for a new place :(

We've rented at Mariner's for about a year and a half, and we are about to renew our lease for a third time. I share a 2-bedroom with 4 people and we are all very happy and contented here. The front office staff is amazing. They are always so polite and considerate, and they seem to really enjoy organizing fun events for the residents. Maintenance is always very quick to respond to requests, especially if it's something urgent like the A/C unit malfunctioning. Overall the apartment complex is SUPER quiet, despite being a dog-friendly community. We've had issues with a few neighbors being noisy at odd hours of the night, but it's generally quiet here. I never have to listen to noisy kids screaming and playing in the streets. Everyone here seems to mind their own business and keep to themselves. My biggest complaints are probably the lack of parking and the amount of dog poop. The dog owners here are extremely rude and don't pick up after their animals. Avoid walking through medians if you want to spare your shoes and your carpeting. Initially we also had a few roach sightings, but it didn't seem bad enough to warrant an exterminator, so we took matters into our own hands and put out poison bait traps for the insects. I change the traps out every 6 months and we haven't seen a single roach since. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to rent at Mariner's Crossing, and I will be happily renewing my lease with them in November!

My wife, children, and I haven't even moved in yet and we are extremely happy with how Jackie and Brittney have treated us-over the phone and in person. They've been professional and courteous while easing us into our future home. We're excited to be a part of this community and look forward to working with Jackie and Brittney in the future.

Had friends live here, was a great place to stop in and visit for the pool and hangout. I did have a dog and had my friends watched him. He did pee on it and it was cleaned professionally a year prior from them moving and a few days after accident. It was not noticeable or any smells. They decided to remove the carpet completely when my friends left this complex costing me extra 300 dollars due to a dog pee stain as I was relayed the message. Could have been my friends making it up to avoid paying more fees from foot traffic ruined carpet, but I thought that was a little much for just a pee stain and not even using their deposit to help cover? Regardless I talked to the staff when we would go to the pool and they seemed very nice.

I've been very happy in this my first year at Mariners Crossing. Very attentive management and maintenance staff, very conveniently located to shopping and eateries, well maintained grounds and amenities.
