I was supposed to post this yesterday. Both ladies that worked there yesterday welcomed me at walk-in. After a loooooooooong drive from MIAMI and going straight to apartment hunting,... the kept my attention and my yearn to rent with them. The phenomenal Assistant Manager Danielle R. is irreplaceable. Her presentment truly wins potentials. Its hard to put amazing words together. Anyone interested in this facility,... THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE TO START! Danielle R. YOU ROCK AND WIN! I am honestly surprised by some of these reviews. We have lived here for almost two years and it has been great, it's a quiet area and has greenway access which leads straight to the mall with a less than 20 minute walk. Any maintenance request we have made (which hasn't been many) has been answered within 24 hours. Our apartment flooded once in the middle of the night due to a burst pipe in the wall and one of the maintenance workers was here within an hour, at 3 am! Then they sent people to vacuum up the water at 4 am. They took care of the issue and everything was back like it should be within 5 days. The office staff has changed a lot since we've been here but they've always been consistently friendly. We get a lot of packages and Ester always happily gets them for us, she even remembers our building number! lol. We don't plan on going any where for a long while.

I have lived here for a little more than 2 Years. The complex has greatly improved. Anthony Light and Dwayne are always friendly and super helpful. It's super convenient to my work only about a 13 minute ride near the fair grounds. Another plus is how close it is to the Crabtree Valley Mall only a 3 minute drive and a 15 minute walk. They recently stopped offering cable and internet and the Spectrum website was very confusing. However, Ginger and Ester in the office was able to give me information to our Local spectrum representative for our neighborhood. His name was Daniel and he was very helpful in helping me understand the offers available and I choose what was best for me. Over all the staff has been very helpful in trying to assist us with our cables needs, I know it's not their fault nor was it spectrum in general. These types of things happen and although it sucks. It's nice to have staff that tries to do their best in helping us or more like me. Thank you For all your Help Atria Staff.

Its pretty easy to say more negative things than positive things about the customer service towards the residents. They are great with new customers but once you move in the the customer service doesnt get any better or maintain the same. But besides that the apartments are nice with enough parking and my neighbors are never too loud.

The office staff have been friendly and helpful. The layout of the apartment is spacious although outdated. The community is lacking any type of activities. The only real recreation is the pool. No underlying issues.. Maintenance responds in a timely manner as well...No major issues here.

I absolutely love this place. The location is amazing. We have good neighbors. Any time something breaks, maintenance is always here very quickly to repair it. The office and maintenance staff are extremely nice and helpful. The apartments are big and we have pretty decent privacy. I could do without the Time Warner agreement but that's minor in the scheme of things. Update 9/12. I can't understand anyone who says the office staff and maintenance don't do anything here. I've had several issues both minor and major and maintenance is here within an hour for the major stuff. They took care of everything and went above and beyond. My AC broke. They installed a window unit until it could be fixed. Had a water leak. They fixed it. Provided fans to dry the carpet. Repainted the walls. I also have no problems with noise. I love downstairs and can once in a while hear my upstairs neighbor but not often. And she has hardwood floors!! I stand by my 5 star rating. This place is fantastic.

I've enjoyed living here for the most part for over 3 years. Nice, spacious units with open layout. The location is great - Crabtree creek trail is right behind the complex which we use all the time. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of trees and bushes. We haven't had too many maintenance issues but they take care of things quickly. Friendly staff. My only real major complaint is that there are several irresponsible dog owners who don't pick up their dog's poop. We have dogs and always pick up after them. I have dedicated poo shoes for dog walks because I'm constantly stepping on a land mine in the vast fields of poo. (Not a joke) It is so disgusting and leaches into the groundwater. They even provide free bags and trash cans. It is so gross!

I have been living here almost a year and have just renewed my lease. The staff has been great and maintenance has always responded when needed, which has been almost never as I have had few issues short of normal wear n tear. My building has been quiet and the neighbors great. The apartment is spacious and the area behind the building has been great for my dog. Highly recommend!

I moved into Atria at the beginning of the summer. I really enjoy the layout of the apartment, offering sectional opportunities to play with your space (like the sunroom!). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My neighbors are cordial or better! The walls are relatively thin, but no one seems to mind on this end. The lights are bright in the parking lots and stairwells, so I'm still getting used to that (relatively light sensitive when I sleep). I love the gas stove and the wood-burning fireplace. The built-in bookshelves are awesome frames for the fireplace as a center piece to the common area in my apartment. Located right by a major thoroughfare and Crabtree Valley Mall (a major public transit hub if you need or want to take the bus). So far, pretty solid :)

This is a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and eager to make living here comfortable. The apartment itself is very spacious and has the washer and dryer full size included which to me is a nice touch compared to other places. I love that it has gas stoves which is a better way to cook and save money. The average cost for the gas stove and I cook alot is 15.00 a month. Not to mention the gas also heats the apartment and the water which is a nice touch. Its not far from the mall and other great shopping locations. I highly recommend this place.

I love living at Atria! Management is great and quick to fix problems. Very centrally located and an easy apartment complex to get into even in traffic! I love the fireplace, sun room, and the HUGE floor plans for such a great price! I would recommend living here to anybody.
