Each 1br unit is approximately 650 sqft and rent is $1095/month plus each tenant pays $25/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Public transportation is available on sw barbur. Also, the fulton park community gardens are located next door and fred meyer and starbucks, as well as other retail, is within easy walking distance.
