Pet deposit: of $400 for first pet, $100 for second pet.
Pet rent: $25 for first pet, $15 for second pet.

Additional special terms: cultivation of marijuana not permitted on site. Proof of renter's insurance required with minimum $100,000 liability coverage, due at move-in.
Completed applications, accompanied by $50 application fee (per person) and $800 holding deposit required to hold unit off the market in your name. (holding deposit and lease execution is due within 72 hours of application approval.) applicants must start lease within 15 days of completed application. Credit and criminal background check will be processed in addition to rental verification for the past three years. Combined gross income must be a minimum of 3x the monthly rent. Approval and security deposit (from $1000 to 3x the monthly rent) will be based on this background check.
