Each apartment is approximately 775 square feet. Rent is $1325/month, plus each tenant pays $35/month as a water/sewer/laundry supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1325 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 is a non-refundable carpet cleaning charge). No last month's rent deposit is required.
