The broadmoor manor is nestled in an exceptional location in a distinctive southwest residential neighborhood of portland. The broadmoor manor was built and designed in 1948 by the renowned oregon native architect, rosco de leur hemenway who designed over three hundred buildings in his time. The broadmoor manor is an example of the colonial revival fashion and demonstrates hemenway's careful consideration integrating structure and landscape. His attention to detail is displayed in the unique trellises at the townhouse entries and stately copper cupolas that we have restored. These colonial style garden apartment options are spacious and each loaded with so many merits that it is hard to choose a favorite! During our renovation some kitchens may feature such niceties as quartz countertops with custom cut slate porcelain backsplash, a new stainless steel appliance package, original cabinetry, wood bookcase, crown molding and dishwashers in selected homes. Baths can be outfitted with ceramic tile surrounds, hand laid tile bathroom flooring and pedestal sinks in selected homes and linen closets. We have restored the original hardwood floors that are stunning features in each apartment.
It's summer time! Our gas bbq with seating is ready to go, come read a book under our 80+ shady trees while watching the hummingbirds wiz by, use our original clothes lines; a tradition long forgotten and cool your fur babies paws in our pet washing station!
#25 is a 691 sq ft 1x1 for $1250 and move in ready august 12th. It is located on the first floor, garden level of the building. Accessing hwy's 26 or 217 is just a matter of a few minutes drive.
We welcome both cats and dogs with an additional $100 security deposit at a 3 pet max. Breed restrictions do apply for doberman pinschers, rottweiler’s, pit bulls, staffordshire terriers or pets with aggressive tendencies or history. A minimum $100,000 proof of renter’s insurance coverage is required with your pet. Every home comes with reserved parking and an outside storage cage. Utilities are not included in the rent. Electric and central gas heating are separate.
