Rent for the apartment is $1595 plus each tenant pays $35/month as a water/sewer supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone, cable or internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1595 security deposit. $1445 of this amount is refundable and $150 is used to pay for professional carpet cleaning.
