We are willing to cover the new tenant's rent for December.
My husband and I just got married and have purchased a house. We are looking for a new tenant to rent this apartment from December 1st, 2017 until June 30th, 2018 or July 31st, 2018 (new tenant's choice of end date). The rental company will create a new lease for the tenant. This is not a sublet. The new tenant will also have the option to renew the lease for another year after the June or July 2018 end date.
We are only the second tenants to have lived in the unit after it was renovated. The unit has been impeccably updated with many high end finishes such as granite counter tops, beautifully refinished hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a large marble tiled shower. The unit has Central A/C and available off street parking located behind the building.
The bedroom and bathroom are both very spacious with large windows. The bedroom has a very large 2 door closet, and the bathroom has a large linen closet. The kitchen and living room are an open concept space with a large granite island providing lots of counter space. Large kitchen windows overlook the space in the back of the building and provide lots of natural light.
The apartment sits in the heart of Squirrel Hill, just 7 houses away from Murray Avenue. Giant Eagle is right across the street making it convenient to be able to walk to get groceries. We have had a very pleasant experience with our landlord and it is clear that they maintain the building well. The landlord is easily reachable and very responsive to any messages.
We are truly sad to be leaving this apartment and Squirrel Hill, but we hope that someone will enjoy it as much as we have!! If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
