I deliver here often, ever sense it opened and the women in the office are so welkoming. The atmosphere is pleasant and open. It has a pretty nice set up and the lounge area is chill. If I were in this particular demographic and had to find a place to reside I think I would konsider choosing a place as such to be my new home. I would definitely give this place a chance and check it out.

Living at Bakery Living is basically like living in a hotel. Not only are the apartments really nice, but the staff is always there to answer questions, maintenance issues are resolved within a day, there's several events per month with free food, etc. in the lobby, and the amenities are top notch (especially the gym in Bakery Blue). I've lived at several other properties managed by other companies in Pittsburgh and no one else takes as good care of their residents as Walnut Capital.

Reading about previous complain reviews about this place was an absolute shock and people who give this place below 4 stars should try to build their own place. Bakery Living is amazing, fantastic, above and beyond expectation. Incredibly nice staff, spotless common area, unbelievably generous offers (amazing coffee, drinks, events, snacks), friendly neighbors, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. Five star is an understatement.

#1 Walnut Capital apartment complex in my opinion. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, and grocery stores like Trader Joes minutes away. There are plenty of amenities and everything is modern and clean. For students: Close to school campuses, too!

The place has everything you need to live a pleasant life. The price might be in the high end of the market, but it's worth it. Apart from the amenities like gym, study areas, business area, swimming pool, billiard table etcetera which are inside the building, It has almost everything you need within walking distance: restaurants, groceries, shopping centers, social events, parks, bus stops, and other stuff to do. It also offers a shuttle to the universities' area. I'm very happy with what I've experienced so far living here for one week.

Fantastic staff, great apartments. A little on the pricy side but worth every penny. Maintenance was quick and friendly, the leasing office was very accommodating, worked with me when things came up. I lived in a studio for a year, and was very happy the entire time I was there. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to live in. Great building and amenities. The staff organizes small events almost every week of the month. There's so much to do and enjoy, it's almost like a hotel!

I've been at Bakery Living for a little over half a year and I really like it. The proximity to restaurants, Trader Joe's, Target, Walnut Street, and local parks is great--so I try to walk as often as I can. The building is relatively new so everything is in great shape, but maintenance is typically really responsive if you do have a concern. The rent is high, yes, but it comes with a lot of amenities and event programming, so if that's something you're after this a great place to live. The whole rental/leasing process is somewhat automated, which can feel a bit impersonal, but the staff are friendly, so it's not exactly part of your daily experience. One thing to note is that they require 90 days notice if you're going to move at the end of your lease--which might be a problem for people with more fluid careers (i.e. when things aren't typically known that far in advance).

My daughter and son-in-law, have lived there for a year now. I was with her when she moved in and for about 2 weeks after. What a beautiful complex and grounds. If I was in Pittsburgh, I would definitely be living there.
