We are in the process of moving out of WaterStone Landing after three years of very enjoyable living. Our maintenance requests were always addressed quickly and efficiently, and the management staff are friendly and available. The location is incredibly convenient to both Toledo and Bowling Green. The complex is lined with trees which have beautiful flowers in the spring, and it is on a bike path which is great for both cycling and walking. The mini movie theater is so fun! Although the rent seems to be high for the area, the complex offers a lot for the money. We are thankful to WaterStone Landing for making our three years living in Ohio easy and comfortable.

We just renewed our lease for our THIRD year here so that says something in and of itself. Waterstone Landing is a beautiful place to live and you can tell they take pride in their property. In the summer, they do a great job of landscaping and maintaining beautiful gardens + grassy areas. In the winter, they are prompt with snow clearing + shoveling sidewalks and walkways. The gym and pool are wonderful additions along with the dog park. The staff is prompt in answering any questions and any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely (usually same day) manner. They do a great job hosting community events throughout the year so everyone can get to know one another and enjoy the facilities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be the past two years and look forward to another great year :)

The apartments are beautiful--high ceilings and a variety of floor plans are available. The grounds are very well kept and the complex is well lit at night, so I have always felt safe. If and when something needs fixing, I have never had anything short of same day service--a big plus! The Office Staff and Maintenance Crew are all very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend living here! :-)

We have lived at WaterStone Landing for two years now and have loved every minute of it. From day one we knew this was the right place for us. The office staff greated us with a smile and truly made the move in experience (which is normally a headache) seamless and simple. They had our lease waiting for us and all we had to do was sign and pick up keys. Everything in life should be so simple. Eric has been great and addressed any questions or concerns (albeit small in nature) quickly and efficiently. He takes the time to make every resident feel important. Even though the interactions I have had with him have been minimal he truly made me and my husband feel like he valued our thoughts and opinions. Maintenance has been great and have addressed any problems within minutes of putting a request in and were friendly during their time in our home. I honesty feel like there isnt anything they cant fix!! One issue I have noticed is some lazy residents not cleaning up after their pets. There are pet stations EVERYWHERE that always have bags and I realize there isnt much more you can do. Not so much of a concern and more of an annoyance with some of our neighbors. Overall we love it here and will be renewing when our current lease is up! Keep up the good work.

I love almost everything about living here. I have been at waterstone landing for almost 1 year. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are updated and spacious, the pool is magnificent and they allow dogs which is hard to find in Perrysburg. I believe you get what you pay for, yes you pay a little more to live here but the benefits are so worth it. I needed maintenance to come in because my dryer stopped working and by the next day it was up and running again. While they were there they noticed my light bulb in the hallway was out and fixed it for me, i didn't even have to ask. The people who work in the office and always super friendly whenever i go in to pick up a package. You are greeted with a smile and it really makes you feel at home. There are some small minor things that i will mention. In the winter the wind really blows through the doors. You are in the middle of a corn field so it is to be expected. My electric bill was around $250.00 when i ran my heat during the winter and i only keep the house around 72-74 degrees so this winter i am going to try and take some measures to prevent the air leaking. I can hear the people above me banging around from time to time. It is not a huge issue but it is there. The parking if a fight. Luckily I have my own garage so I have a parking space at all times but I come home late from work and there is absolutely nothing available around my building. There are sometimes people who create their own parking spot where there isn't one because there is no where else to go. One last thing, i just got a notice in the mail that my rent is going up $50.00 a month if i renew my lease and if i don't renew my lease and i go to a month to month my rent goes up $250.00 a month. I was really disappointed by this. I don't know if this is the norm here, you get a discount the first year then the next year it automatically goes up the next year but oh well. I still plan on staying. You are close to all the amenities of Perrysburg, but are on the outskirts so you still get the quiet country atmosphere, the people are all very friendly and like i said before the place is beautiful. There are ups and downs to every apartment complex out there and here the good far far out weighs the bad. Hope this helps someone who is looking to move here.

From the showing to move in day, it was a smooth and pleasant time. If I had an issue with an appliance, it was fixed within hours. They keep the landscape looking great and have events for residence to meet each other. Would recommend living here!

We moved in here without seeing the place beforehand (short notice long-distance move) from California and we really like it here. The area is nice, the people are friendly. The gym and the pool have been great and aren't as busy as you'd think they'd be during the day. The apartments are pretty quiet. We took a chance on this place since we had no idea what we were getting into and we really like it here (and so do our dogs). We're happy with our choice!

I don't know where to begin! So when I walked into the office to request information about their two bedrooms, everyone greeted me. Eric Holley assisted us with information and gave me a tour of the layout that I was applying for. I was shocked to receive a follow up call from her pertaining to my visit but that was the customer service that wooo'd me and even today after living here close to 18 months. They made sure that the inconvenience was of no inconvenience for me. This is a very high-spirited staff regardless of their many challenges of weather. All their staff are extremely friendly including the maintenance team and make every effort to keep you more than satisfied. Their constant engagement and focus on hosting events which allow the community the opportunity to get to know one another demonstrates a true to commitment to their organization but most importantly a genuine care and commitment to their tenants. Eric Holley (Manager) is a terrific human being and excellent Manager, You deserve 10**.I have not experienced such a great Property Management Team that were as nice, helpful and willing to do anything needed (within reason) to make my living experience there great!. I thank them for everything and would return in a heartbeat of. This is a great Team of caring, knowledgeable and professional people, I will miss them

Waterstone Landing is 2nd to none! ... the best apartment living in all of Wood and Lucas County. The facilities are amazing, amenities are top notch 5 star, the campus is incredibly clean and well maintained by a superb and friendly crew, Bruce and team are the best! The office staff led by Eric Holley, Manager and supported by Megan Rammel, Leasing specialist and others redefine customer excellence. They are professional yet incredibly friendly. If i moved back to the area i would not hesitate to go back to Waterstone Landing.

Fantastic place to live in, except the wind/snow you experience while climbing stairs during the harsh winter months, other wise awesome views from the rooms on the farmland side, proximity to all high ways, high school. The gym and club house is well maintained ,

The staff and maintenance crews are great. If we ever had an issue in our 2 years of leasing here, they were great about taking care of it. The apartments themselves are very nice with a lot of upgrades like the flooring, door hardware and shower materials. We have also enjoyed the pool and clubhouse features. This said, there are some issues: 1) the walls are thin, like paper thin. I have heard many a phone conversation that a neighbor has had thru the walls, and in our case-- the downstairs neighbors must have been training rhinos for the 300 meter hurdles with all of the pounding we hear from their kids. 2) There also seems to be a parking shortage which is not fun to lug all of your stuff halfway across the complex. We would have solved this by renting a garage, but they are very small and with our SUV we could not open the doors once inside. For temporary, short term living, this will offer what you need and a nice environment to habitate.

I have been living at Waterstone Landing Apartments for 3 years. I absolutely love it here! The attention to detail and wood flooring gives the apartment an elegant feel. The view from my apartment brings me total bliss. The staff is great, professional and easy to reach. The maintenance team is very friendly and quick to take care of regular issues. The pool, gym and pool house is great with new renovations and improvements each year. I especially love the events that brings our apartment neighbors together for fun! I appreciate everything the staff has done to make our three years enjoyable.

Very friendly welcome from staff. They did everything they could to make a complicated/overwhelming move, go so much smoother. From locating a garage for us, to getting our WiFi up and going. The apartment was clean and move in ready on date promised. The facility is attractive and very well maintained. The pool is just beautiful! I can see we are going to enjoy our stay.

I have been at WaterStone for the last few months and I really do enjoy living here. The staff handles any needs or concerns that arise, and the maintenance crew does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds and taking care of any issues. The apartment was professionally cleaned before I got there and I had no issues with the moving process. They are upfront with all of the costs, fees, and they make sure you know exactly what you will be paying for. The management team answers all questions, and explains anything that you need to know. Overall a great place to live in Perrysburg and I would recommend choosing this community when apartment searching.

I see most of these reviews are a year or two old. My girlfriend lives here and not much has changed. Looks great from the outside. Favorable first impression. But poor parking arrangement. You'd think if you pay over $1,000 a month for rent, you'd have one designated parking spot near your building. Nope. When you inquire about it, they say they can't do that. So if you stay here, get used to trudging through the snow and slush all winter long. All the complaints about the noise are true. As one person stated, you'd think the riff raff would be weeded out. To top it off, if you don't renew your lease for another year, they rip you off by increasing your rent $250 a month. I can understand some increase, but c'mon! Someone pays their rent on time for a year, and you reward them with a $250 increase??? Nice!!! Nice pool... that's about it.

I recommend Waterstone Landing to anyone in the area. I live on the 3rd (top) floor and I've had zero problems with noise. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. The outside is always super-well lit at night, the location is pretty great. I pay just about $900 (cable included in rent) so, yeah, they can be on the steep side. But I'd rather have the high price of admission than to live next door to a bunch of hooligans.

I've lived at Waterstone Landing for just about a year and I'm about to renew my lease. Overall, the past year has been a wonderful experience. Great place to live, great neighbors, friendly staff, beautiful landscape, amazing community-building activities, ideal location and not a bad place to call home. One of my favorite things about living here are the community-building activites and the sence of community. For example, some nights they have movie nights, Monday Night Football, kids game night and much more in the club house. Most events have food and snacks and great opportunities to connect with your neighbors and have a great time. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, I've lived in downtown Toledo and this place surpasses all expetations. The cost is justified by the location and convience, and regulates the types of people who live here. Sure you have a few noise neighbors, but hey, it's apartment living. I've read a few complaints on here. Honestly, I haven't had any problems. No matter where you move, a little common sense goes a long way. If you have noisy neighbors go meet them and have a calm discussion about it. Again, great place to live. I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in the benefits of living in Perrysburg.

These are the best apartments around! Of course you will have minor complaints any apartments you live, but i recommend these to anyone! I have looked at every place possible in northwest ohio and these are by FAR the best place to stay. The staff is awesome and go the extra mile to make everyone happy and comfortable. Although, it is a little pricey it is worth the extra money to get a home instead of an apartment.EDIT: this is not a waterstone landing apartments employee i actually live here, in the first building to be exact, and everything i am saying is true. Anytime i have ever had even the tiniest complaint the office staff was ready and willing to do everything they could to make sure i was happy! I have never not ONCE not been able to find a parking spot, stepped in dog crap, or not been able to use the pool because- God forbid- there were other people there too. What the heck are the staff supposed to do about the noise you hear in between walls and or ceilings? Open every single thing up just to look in there and see..oh yes..INSULATION! It is a freaking apartment not a house so yes, you may hear things occasionally. If it is so bad that it keeps you up at night, move to a house somewhere way away from here.
