I had no problems with the apartment itself, the only issue being a simple dishwasher fix and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The neighborhood is nice but there are many unsupervised children that can get pretty noisy at times and also stole an item out of my car. If you do plan on living here, ask for a copy of the move out procedures before hand because the list is very long and VERY expensive. Overall, not a bad experience for only living here just one year.

Some on-site management was unkind and manipulative, and several managers were let go. Efforts to maintain and improve on properties have been minimal at best. Neighbors move in and out frequently and culture is not overly friendly.

My Family and I have lived here for the last 6 months. I have never had a issue with having things repaired. I report it to the office staff and within 24 hours it is repaired. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are waste receptacles for the pet owners to deposit their dogs feces however that requires lazy pet owners to actually care enough about their neighbors and where we live to actually clean up in behind their animals. As far as the dumpsters being so far away, they aren't that far seriously only requires a little effort to drop your garbage off on your way out of the complex. The only issue I Have is morons who don't live in your particular building taking up the parking spaces designated for the tenants of that particular building, when those particular tenants have a garage and a driveway but use another buildings parking places it leaves that particular buildings tenants parking way up the hill in the middle of the night when they come home from work. It also leaves females having to walk alone in the dark to their home because of a jerk.

Good price for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Landlords are slow to fix anything. There contractors take there time to switch your utility papers over to you. We have been here four months and still haven't received our house inspection papers,or utility papers. They do not tell you a time or a given day of which anything will be dealt with. When it snows they don't have anyone plow the streets so you have to have a 4 wheel drive to get out or park your car at the top. We have a bottom ground floor and other people let there dogs poop in your yard space and not pick it up! Do not recommend moving here!

This used to be a nice place to live when it was under previous management. New management is below par. Puts out rules and threatens adverse action if you don't follow them, but never follows through with anything. However, if you purchase one of the condo's you are not held to any of the rules that renters are supposed to bide by. Rampant kids, barking dogs, most tenants have dogs and when they take them out will not pick up after them. If you open your windows it smells like you're in a cow pasture. Trash everywhere, the balconies are coming apart. I don't know how this place passed inspection or can even be considered up to code. The units are grossly overpriced, and don't expect to get your deposit back. You do not want to live here...
