Finding a Nacogdoches Apartment

When to search

Seeing as this area is a smaller area of Texas and there is the traditional influx of students in the spring and fall, you want to make sure you search for your apartment a few months before each of these semesters. Keep an eye out for graduation times as that will be when a large portion of the student body leaves the area.

Staying in the know

Check with the student life advisor at the college to see if they know of any housing units becoming available. You want to find a unit early and apply as soon as possible. The sooner you get your application completed and turned in the better your chances are of getting the unit.
