Our staff grew up in Dinkytown and is committed to providing high quality University-oriented housing in the neighborhood at affordable lease terms. We feature quality updated 1970's vintage buildings that are a better value than nearby and much more expensive "student suites". Rents always include heat, water and garbage. 1503 8th Street SE features efficiency, one and two bedroom apartments and is located directly across frim the Bierman Athletic Complex.

Amenities: All units feature zoned, individually controlled gas hot water heating. Most units feature carpeting, full bath, and miniblinds. Selected units feature a microwave, dishwasher and granite counters. Most two bedroom apartments have two air conditioners to facilitate even cooling. This location has updated laundry facilities with water and detergent saving appliances.

Distance to Campus: Five blocks to both East Bank

Security Measures for the building include updated intercom-controlled access and exterior as well as stairwell security doors on each living level with Primus security locks. Primus locks provide an extra level of safety because each lock has two sets of tumblers. All apartment doors are equipped with a deadbolt and peephole.
