I have 2 major complaints. 1. I had a bad roach problem from the beginning. They sprayed but it did not help. 2. I only lived there 9 months, took good care of the apartment, had a professional cleaner come in and clean the apartment, and they still kept my security deposit. I left the place looking better than when i moved in. So do not ever expect to get your deposit back. Other smaller issues: I had to buy floor lamps for every room because there were no overhead lights. Got no less than 3 reminders (in 9 months!) from management that apartments were being burglarized and/or robbed. However, I never got robbed.

My experience was difficult at first because my apartment changed three times. Three times are always the charm. However, Ashley and Denise were both amazing and still are even when I call to this day. I would say the apartment complex could use some major upgrades on their appliances but everything still works great. The outside of the units are well maintained and grass is kept up. My neighbors are nice and friendly. It's very quiet and everyone keep to themselves. The only thing I don't like is the parking because I get off so late and I rarely get an up close parking spot but that's just me being lazy. But I would recommend the apartments to anyway. It's very safe area.

I moved in about six months ago and my experience has been great! Everytime I have a maintenance requests, they come within 2 to 3 days and fix the issue. They also try their best to keep the apartment complex clean. I love it here!

They have really improved the complex with new roofs, siding and gutters. The staff is great and the maintenance team is first rate!

Good luck with this place. 1) The AC in the bedroom never worked..ever. If you're from Memphis you can imagine how brutal that is. I asked numerous times to have it fixed and as the maintenance man had sweat pouring down his face he gave me the fabulous advice of "well just keep your bedroom door open at all times." It got so bad that I took my mattress off my bed frame and kept it in the middle of the living room. 2) I had a drug dealer living underneath me. Not only was there the constant smell of weed in my apartment but there was also a constant flow of "buyers" in the neighborhood. He would also get into horrible screaming fights and physical altercations at 3am. This is something that the leasing office couldn't have foreseen and I understand that. However I complained to the leasing office about how awful it was to live ABOVE him but nothing ever happened. I still smelled his weed and listened to his arguments at night. 3) The week I moved into my apartment I found bed bug bite marks all over my body. I bought a new mattress and all new furniture before I moved into this place so I know for a fact that I did not carry them in. A complete nightmare. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra rent for a better place. The leasing MANAGER is rude and awful. The other ladies in the office were very sweet and helpful though! That's just about the only positive comment I have about The Summit Apartment.

Good atmosphere & rates. Okay pool and fitness center. But at least there is one.
