Great customer service and the hospitality is phenomenal! The apartment is vary nice and roomy, the complex and well kept up with, nice and quiet Community . Paula and Megan are awesome at making sure all you needs are met and they genuinely care. Vary happy with how they were able to work with us while we were up in another state trying to move back down. The process was easy and fast and there were no hidden fees and the apartment was definitely up to par. We are happy we found this Community. :) Great job !

Moved here almost a month ago. Very quiet community. Grounds are nicely kept. Pool is great, love the lake also. Maintenance resolves issues very quickly. And office staff go out of their way to remedy issues. The area is local to all sorts of shopping and the beaches. Definitely a place to look at if your looking for a place to live.

Greg maintenance staff is awesome! He let me know before entering apartment! I have a service animal so dont like anyone in home without me or my girl friend home. He got an ok from me before entering. I was home just asleep. He knocked twice no answer didnt just come in thank God! That would not have been appreciated! Thank you Greg for abiding by our rule please do not enter without an ok from tenant(s)! He is awesome! Very good at what he does and extremely efficient! Does not stay long at all. Friendly, but does his work order and leaves! Thank you and we appreciate you Greg! Maureen, Denise and Lovey!

I've been here for about half a year, and I was very surprised at the service and care this place has. One of the biggest things I noticed was the quick maintenance times which you don't normally see. It's funny, my room mate and I actually forgot about a maintenance issue we brought up in the past, however one of the managers brought it up for us and checked up on maintenance for us. The community itself feels very safe and family oriented, I only wish I had more time to explore the community events they have. It's hard to think of an issue with this place, the only con I can think of would be a small annoyance with the timing of the caretakers on using leaf blowers and weed whackers/lawn mowers. Sometimes it can happen as early as 7am and consist in one area for a few hours, although i'm more of a night owl so that could just be a personal annoyance. I wouldn't say that is a strong enough issue to impact the overall rating of the community.

One of the best apartment rental places in Melbourne/Palm Bay area, Very nice and pleasant place to live! My wife and I looked at 10 other apartment complexes all along Wickham and they were not nearly as nice as Lakeside. Only I wish they gave you a storage closet because extra things can be somewhat tight here to store.

I visited this property yesterday to inquire about leasing an apartment. As I entered the property, my initial impression was that they keep the grounds extremely clean and the buildings looked to be well kept. From that moment forward, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Paula Warren and Megan Smith welcomed me to the property. They showed me a newly remodeled apartment and gave me a tour of the beautiful grounds and amenities. The pool area was immaculate. Paula and Megan both went above and beyond in helping me navigate the process of moving. When I say "above and beyond", I mean they truly were the most professional, helpful, courteous, and welcoming people I have ever encountered in any industry, anywhere. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and they treated me like family. I will be renting an apartment at this community soon. My decision to make this my new home was not only based on the value and well kept community, but primarily on the way I was treated by Paula and Megan. As I was leaving, Paula was heading off on the golf cart to help a current female tenant with a lizard that had made its way into her apartment. I am excited about moving to this community this month. Thank you Paula and Megan!

Grounds are nice, maintenance is super, need to get parking stickers to see who lives there and who is visiting. Also very lacks on enforcing who is on lease versus who is living in units,2 people move in on lease,10 live there owning 7 cars.Need more strict enforcement on these issues, hope changes come soon, just signed new lease here, want to stay. Update: Since last post, things have gotten better on matters mentioned, still enjoy all that is offered here,VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE.

On the up side, I must say I love this place. it is such a beautiful and quiet community. Property is kept very clean and so is the pool! Maintenance issues are handled within hours or the next day if you call too late. Staff and management are very nice but can rarely get a hold of them over the phone (i'm assuming really busy so I either leave a message or I walk in). Units are very big and there is a ton of parking spaces (and better yet, no reserved parking so first come first serve). There is no restriction on making holes on the wall to hang your paintings and pictures, they want you to feel comfortable at HOME. (my last apt was a nightmare when it came to that). On the down side, kitchen can really use an upgrade. There is no accent walls like shown on the website pictures. If you want them you have to paint them yourself and paint it back in prime before you move :( The prices for the apartments have gone up significantly. I would had love to stay another year or maybe longer but when my lease renewal came in, it was just too much monthly rent for a 2 bedroom apt, not to mention expensive water bill due to running toilets that have been "fixed" 4 times. Basketball court has been closed for months because it broke and it hasn't been fixed and kids (including my 11 y/o) have been spending too much time on video games. Mailboxes for SEVERAL apartments have been broken for over 2 weeks now and we have to go to the post office to pick up the mail (aggravating and very inconvenient since USPS closes at 5 and i work until 6 so I'm sure i have a ton of mail including 2 packages i was expecting). Overall, this is a great and safe place to live.

Grounds are beautiful and maintenance staff is attentive, courteous and caring. Office staff have never made me feel that residents are anything special to them. Pets seem to be much more important than residents and way more important than children or grandchildren of residents. Since new ownership prices have increased dramatically and less is offered (ie:cable, garbage being included in rent). Since new ownership the office phone is rarely answered and almost never is your phone call returned. I lived here for the past 6 yrs and loved the look of the grounds and property. Enjoyed my apartment and neighbors. Someone recently broke into one of our cars and a neighbor's car at night and I reported this to the office and to the police (requesting additional patrolling at night for a while). Very little interest shown by the office. We were able to buy a home and move at the end of our lease recently which was very fortunate since the rent increase was scheduled to be $160/month. When I first moved there on a fixed income in 2009 I was assured that the rent would not increase by more than $10/mo annually. The first year it did not increase at all!!! But after that it increased by no less than $26 and the last time by more than $57/mo. If you do not have kids or grandkids and don't care about a friendly relationship with management this is a beautiful complex to live in.
