Very nice Apartments inside and out. Maintenance takes care of any messes that are outside and keep the grounds looking beautiful. The prices for is Apartments a ridiculously high but then again they are a little bit cheaper than some other apartment complexes in the area. There's only one complex swimming pool, which is kind of annoying considering it is easily taken over by children, making it impossible for adults to be able to swim in it in peace. With as much money as this apartment complex brings in, they should have no financial problems installing a second pool strictly for adults only. They also need to clean the pool more often than only once a week. I swam in this pool on Friday and it was full of leaves and dirt and you could see oily residue floating all on the top of the water from I'm assuming sunblock and other lotions. It was pretty gross. They raise their rent prices pretty much every year... For example, the one-bedroom apartment I am in originally was $900 a month... Now it is $1009 a month. These price increases happened within only 2 years. So if you rent an apartment from here, be prepared for rent increases every year, even though there have been no improvements to the property that would require a rent increase.

A great place to live. Decently priced for the area. Most apartments are newly renovated. Quiet and gated. It's located near everything. Only bad thing is the pool is tiny.

We loved our experience at Towne Crossing Apartments. The staff was friendly and professional, maintenance was so fast at responding to service requests (they responded less than 24 hours every time and always fixed it the first time), and the buildings are well maintained. It is quiet, everyone around us was friendly, and the apartment units themselves are very nice. Lots of dogs, but they are all so well behaved and there has never been an issue I have seen. We moved because of a new employment opportunity, but otherwise we would have stayed.

I've been living here for a while. The maintenance team is awesome so is the front desk. It's always well lit and clean. The grounds are always taken care of and they don't take a very long time to fix anything. Package pickup and Trash valet is also convenient. Great place to live

I am a current resident, going on 5 years of being one. Any issues Ive had have been resolved for the most part, except for an issue that recently occurred. Ive had Uverse since I lived here and over the years my bill has increased so I decided to switch to DirectTV. When I first moved in that was not an option (to have a dish) Ive noticed lately that many of my neighbors as well as others have gotten Dish/DirectTV. So I called the office to ask if we were allowed to get them and they said yes. Well trying to get DirectTV has been a pain in the ass. Our apartment complex deals w a third party vendor (Access Media 3) to install DirectTV. Every time I try to get it installed they say the property needs to be updated to HD connections so they can install. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the office to ask when this will be resolved they act so clueless and offer no help. Today I went to the office to ask ONCE AGAIN (4th time asking in total) the lady told me we prefer our tenants dont have dish and I asked if we are allowed to and she said yes but we dont prefer you to well I dont care about your preference bc your preference does not pay my cable bill. She offered no other solution but to get uverse. She was rude and acted like she did not care to help. Ive been a great tenant, have never been late on my rent, I never make complaints. I will not be renewing my lease when it is up. This complex has gone down hill since Ive lived here. The equipment in the gym is never fixed, the gate is always broken, not enough parking covered parking as well. There are cars with flat tires taking up parking spaces for months now. There are people who deal drugs living here now. Its horrible. My rent has increased nearly $300 since Ive lived here and nothing has gotten better. I figured once new management took over things would get better but unfortunately they have not.

They implement the parking policy when the complex is very aware that they don't provide enough parking for residents. But yet harbor and turn a blind eye to unlawful and criminal activities in the complex. What is the purpose of a gated community when you have to park outside the gate and walk thru the complex to get "home ". Cars parked for weeks with out moving, flat tires, expired registration. That is not in the lease agreement!

First off I want to say this place is gorgeous and the people there are friendly. What happened to me and my husband yesterday was. We tried to rent there but because of rental history we couldn't. We were never bad tenants just owed money. But our previous landlord (in California) was fired due to a lot of complaints. We were month to month at this point but decided to leave. She told us we wouldn't owe anything because we are month to month. Plus we still gave our 30 day notice. Well months later after living with family and moving to Texas. We decided because now we have a 1 and a half old baby boy(which was a shocker and a blessing) we definitely needed our own space and so does our family. We also have 2 teenage daughters who sleeps on the floor because it's no space here with family. We ALL have been stressed and depressed pretty much. So we went apartment hunting and decided towne crossing is perfect for us. We paid $75 and were denied. But I was upset because they couldn't tell me why. We were so excited thinking ok we have a ding on our rental history. But we thought if anything we would just have to pay a higher deposit which is fine. But no we didn't get offered anything like that. All they said was "I'm sorry ", my thing is if I paid $75 non-refundable fee at least tell me why. We walked away hurt and disappointed because we are very good tenants and our children are very obedient. And we thought we would be given another chance to prove that. But because of miscommunication between us and previous landlord i guess we just lost. We explained everything to the new landlord (in California) basically over the phone because she was never there we met her over the phone. She didn't care because she was running the office a new way and quickly. I can't say anything bad about towne crossing itself. I'm just saying that they turned away good tenants because of something we had no control over. We are willing to do whatever to live here of course. My daughters got happy because they no longer have to sleep on the floor. So they thought and we are not homeless but staying with family has ran its course and we need our own. We have good income that's actually 4 times the rent. And like I said this place to us so far is perfect. Plus I work in emergency room at Methodist Mansfield medical center. So this location is perfect. Thank you

I absolutely love living here. The apartments are very nice for the price. My neighbors are kind, welcoming, friendly, and best of all quiet. Rarely do you hear any noise. The office staff is amazing. I got off to a bumpy start with them at first, and probably due to my lack of understanding how things work, and they we're very patient with me and took the time to list everything out. You probably won't find a better, warm welcoming smile property manager like Missy. Kelly from Austin has made Towne Crossing an awesome place to live and now we have a new lady in the office who is very plesent and courteous. I renewed my lease because I just don't want to leave this community. Can't say enough about this place.

I love living here! The area is really nice and everything is always clean. They power wash the walk ways and are always willing to help with any issues you may have. Parking is limited but I have always been able to find a spot close to my apartment. You can add a garage to your rent if your floorplan doesn't include one. The valet trash service keeps everything really clean and you never have to deal with stinky dumpsters. The gated community makes me feel very safe and comfortable living in such a busy area. It is also within walking distance of a few restaurants as well as Lowe's and Target. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home.

This is a very nice complex. Everything is really upfront. Any time I am in contact with staff/ managers they are not only nice but really sweet. I get a lot of packages and they are always great. repairs are easy and impressive. I cannot imagine these people being anything but kind. The valet trash is perfect, the dogs in the area are all very well behaved. It has a pond/lake? that is pretty and the community seems to have a homey feel. Even when I get in super late I never have a problem feeling safe. And you can walk to so many stores! Thank you to the apartment employees and management for making me feel at home from the time I stepped foot on property.
