Was in the area this morning apartment hunting for something available in the next month in time for my relocation for work, Gigi was more than helpful and professional. She went over all floor plans in detail and gave an amazing tour. She was very helpful and answered all questions I had. Ended up going with another apartment complex closer to my job but wanted to be sure I shared my great experience with this complex.

What drew my wife and I to this complex apart from the small community feel were the staff. Gigi and Casey in particular. No apartment complex is perfect, but when you have genuinely nice people who care about you as people, its easy to look past small imperfections. Casey is no longer at this location, but the complex was left in good hands. Danielle has been great. The only issue we have had since living here was our dishwasher going out and it took about 2 weeks before we finally went down to the front office, found Robert, the head maintenance guy and he had it fixed the next day. I believe this was the time when the complex was short on maintenance. Other than that, we dont have very many complaints. We have had a very good experience and it is a nice place to live. Not to mention, our 2 bedroom apartment is amazing. Great place to live in my opinion.

I'm going to start off by saying that I looked at EVERY brand new/luxury apartment in the area and Parc truly felt like home to me. I knew right away because as soon as I arrived I was greeted by two of the most kind and welcoming people I'd met during my search (Gigi Bodkins and Kasi). Although I was torn about the other location and this one (Villagio), I chose Parc because of the two girls that helped me initially. Fast forward a couple of months, during the initial months of my stay here, my A/C unit went out and initially it was not a huge deal because the weather was comfortable enough to go without it. I was very patient and understanding of the whole situation, although by the time it went completely out, it had been the second time within two weeks that I lived with the portable unit for more than a week. During the initial days of non-stop diagnostic phase, one of the maintenance men (Not Mauricio), began making very inappropriate comments during his visits. He began by asking very personal questions and although I ignored his questions, he was persistent. The night that incident occurred, I tossed in bed all day with discomfort and questioned whether I should file a complaint. I convinced myself not to complain, but the next time he showed up to do more work, he persisted with his advances so the following day I told Kasi about the discomfort and anxiety that he caused me. She quickly addressed my concerns and made me feel at ease. However, as I'd initially feared, his whole demeanor changed (and my A/C was still not working) and I noticed that he was not placing enough importance on the issue. I was patient but my patience began to wear thin, when I stopped by the office about 3 days later and asked for a progress update. At which point, Kasi responded, "Wait, your A/C didn't get fixed on ___(last day the maintenance guy was there)? My blood began to boil because, had I not walked in to ask, no one would have known that I was still without an A/C. I was appalled by the fact that lack of progress had not been communicated by either the service staff to the management or vs. I cannot remember how long I was without a working system but I want to say it was more than 3 weeks. Finally my A/C was fixed, only after I began to threaten with writing a detailed letter to corporate. When I asked for the info, they denied it to me and said that I could write the letter, email it to Brandy (the property manager) and then she would forward it. I couldn't understand why I was not given access to the information. So I went home and looked up the info myself, I contacted the management company and spoke to "Kay." Her lack of tact was quickly evident. She simply said, "Maybe you misinterpreted the service man, maybe he didn't mean anything by it he was just making friendly conversation." Again, appalled!!! In what world do you question a serious complaint and don't offer a simple apology (even if it's insincere) such behavior. In the end, I received a small prorate for the days I went without my A/C, but only after I brought it up to them. Months later, they lost Kasi and Brandy and ended up closing the Parc front office and moved all business to our neighboring property, Mansions. Again, I think the biggest issue is the management company. They lack customer service skills and don't value their employees, and in turn that gets translated to their tenants. We now have to either drive or walk next door to use the business center because our entire office is closed (yet we are paying a high price for amenities that we don't have). On a positive note, one of the girls, Danielle was promoted to manager and again, she's amazing and extremely pleasant to deal with. She works her butt off (I see her in the office way before it opens and she's there well after it closes). Gigi is another amazing employee, she always has a smile on her face and makes every tenant feel comfortable. I wish this company was aware of how good of a team they have right now because they are the reason many of us are still here
