I have lived at the ParkTower for several years and would recommend it. It is a quiet building and is conveniently located near the Hilldale Shopper Center and Bus Routes. Brian and Jim are more than happy to assist with any issues and will go the extra mile when help is needed. gary p

We just helped our daughter move into Park Tower, as she's starting grad school at UW this fall. It's perfect for her! It's right on the bus line, has a gorgeous pool and doesn't break the bank. Brian, in the office was wonderful in helping us rent the apartment - he even came in on a Sunday for a tour when it was the only day we could make it in!

Coming from out of state (west coast), I looked for several locations in Madison that is not as crowded as downtown and close to a park with a bit of privacy. Finally, found this location were parking is convenient, bus stop, close to a shopping area/restaurants/movie theater and a nice park to walk. Compared to other complex in the area, they have multiple room options from a studio to a small 1b, to larger rooms and so on. It's an old building but they keep it clean and up to date. The previous and current manager was very nice to accommodate my move. And the guy who fixes any small or big issue is always prompt and even writes personal notes what is fixed and/or gives an advice how to manage the heat control and even explained to me how it works, I like that. :). I've been here for almost a year and the residents are always nice. I'm happy at my stay so far, but most of all, can't wait for the pool to open this summer!
