Steps away from the Willy Street Co-op, St. Vinnie's, the Capitol City bike path, and tons of restaurants within walking distance for pickup and delivery. Plenty of street parking nearby if you need more than the underground spot allocated. Residents have access to a small, first-come first-served patio area with limited furniture provided. It's in a shaded area, which makes it perfect for grilling on hot summer days.

Minutes to downtown! The bus stop for the 2, 7, and 10 is a block away for students who want to go directly to campus in about 20 minutes. Otherwise, it's a 10 minute drive to get to class on average.

Pets are welcome: cats $30 monthly and dogs (less than 20 lbs) $40 monthly. Non-refundable $100 pet fee required.

This is a lease transfer, and you would be taking over the lease through July 31, 2021. Move-in dates are flexible - early December or January; December if preferred.

No price negotiation. A one-time $200 sublet fee applies in order to reserve your application and deposit equal to one month's rent required at time of transfer.

You are only responsible for electricity. In the summer months (working from home) the highest the bill has been is about $85. You can definitely cut down on this cost by keeping it higher than 70. Outside of summer, it averages about $30 monthly.

Apartment is in the Baldwin Corners building managed by CMI.

Carpet only in the bedroom. All windows face Willy Street, and the apartment is just the right amount of bright and sunny.

Covid-free home, and the huge living room is a great perk. I've been using the bedroom as a dedicated office for the last few months. The living area is large enough to comfortably fit my queen size bed on one end, and a small sitting area next to it with a couch, chair, TV, and book stand. Alternatively, the bedroom is large enough for two students who may want to bunk and get out of the dorms or student housing!

The AC is wall unit, and I've had no problem keeping both the living and bedroom areas cool. There is plenty of closet space, even some bonus space in the bedroom closet.
