I wasn't sure about apartment living initially. But we are pleased with all the amenities, as well as the convenience Creekside Crossing offered. The grounds are always kept up and any service calls are answered in a timely manner. And the staff in the office is friendly, resourceful and go over and beyond to rectify any situation you may have. All-in-all this is a very nice place to call home. And it's been home for my family and I for over 3 years.

I have been a resident here since 2012. The upkeep on the community is great. The office staff is wonderful. I will be here until I'm ready to buy a home. Thanks Creekside Crossing Staff for everything.

The community is quiet for the most part. I do not like the fact that one side of the community has a gate where they can be let in automatically (in car sensor) and the other side we have to tap a gate key. When it rains we and the inside of our vehicles are subject to get wet, while the other side is nice and dry because they don't have too. The management team is unhelpful and not accommodating. I've had two major hard ships since living here and have been late with rent and not ONCE have I been offered any sort of discount or special payment plan. More recently I have been charged fees for the new resident portal and I should not have been (They love to charge fees for EVERYTHING) I advised Jessica (assistant manager) of this and she has done nothing to correct/accommodate the error. She's very rude and has absolutely ZERO customer service. I was also charged a $25 fee for not having my garbage in a trash can. This was my first incident and I received a letter from cleo (property manager) who advised it was a violation and the NEXT incident I MAY be fined. The following week I received a notice that I was charged a fee. I have witnessed my neighbor below me leaves trash in front of their door EVERY week and it's not in a trash can. I am absolutely certain they have not been charged $25 because this has gone on every week for a month. My lease is ending in a few months and I seriously doubt I remain a resident here due to this unfair and harsh treatment. I have NEVER been so disappointed with a company like this in my entire life. DO NOT rent from milestone management!

I am very happy to say that my stay at Creekside Crossing has been a wonderful experience. Cleo, the apartment manger is very courteous, professional, and helpful. He actually takes the time to get to know his residents. His entire staff of Leasing consultants and maintenance technicians are always making sure that the residents are happy. There has not been one time in three years of me being a resident that I was not greeted with a smile. The property is always kept clean and the amenities are great . The pool and the fitness center are my personal favorite. No need for a gym membership because I get a complete workout right at home. The location is great also with shopping in walking distance. Creekside Crossing is where you want to be!!

This place is beautiful, the management staff are very professional. They keep the grounds clean.I feel safe and secure They have 24 hours security and every time I go into the rental office I am greeted with a smile . I am happy and I just renewed my lease. I love it here..Definitely the best place in Georgia. I cant wait until the annual pool party.They keep me happy here. I could never imagine living anywhere else but Creekside crossing. Ms Nick

I love this place! The staff is absolutely wonderful and they take good care of us. Cleo and Jessica are very professional and they have superb customer service. The maintenance staff gets maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. If I were not purchasing a home I would definitely be staying here another year.

The office never answers the phone and they have bugs and god forbid you are late paying your rent Jessica will still go file the eviction . They will not work with you then they have all these stupid rules I wish I never moved there. I also did my complaint with their corporate office.

A hidden gem set quietly outside of the perimeter. The location is ideal for both work and leisure. I can never say enough about the outstanding management team and maintenance team here at Creekside Crossing.

We've lived here since April and I like our apartment and the staff is friendly... It's relatively quiet with the exception of my neighbors who slam their doors all of the time. I'm growing a little worried though, someone knocked on our door after midnight the other day and it freaked us out. The gate constantly breaks too and it allows unwanted guests to enter. We moved here because the ratings were high, I've noticed that the ratings have gone down... It's also a bit expensive with mandatory valet trash ($25) and standard trash ($7). Not sure if we will renew the lease, it's definitely a nice complex though. I will see how things are going in a few months and re-evaluate my rating.

The doors are always locked. The signs say they are OPEN are Sundays from 1-5, the door is locked and closed. There is no way to speak to someone if there is an issue outside of maintenance. It is very annoying, for all the rent they ask for they should be available during business hours. Period.
