Apartment has always been in good shape. Never had any major problems. Pool and gym area is quite nice. And the bus system is incredibly convenient!

Ive lived at Quarry Trail for all 3 years of my college career and could not be more pleased! The staff and maintenance personnel are always willing to help, and I feel safe knowing that there is a police officer on site daily. 10/10 would recommend!

I have lived here for 2 years and about to be going on 3 years. I have enjoyed my experience here and have loved the community at Quarry Trail. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms as well. Makes living in college apartments feel more at home. Being able to have all the amenities etc. and having a pool is a plus. Honestly there is always something to do when a study break is needed. The shuttle is a plus, especially for game days. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else during my time in college and feel that this standard of living is accommodating for a college student.

I lived at Quarry Trail for 2 years during my time at UT Knoxville and enjoyed my experience! I used the shuttle service to campus and back all the time - it was super convenient! Anytime I had a maintenance request the issue was taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend Quarry Trail Apartments to any student looking for an off-campus experience.

Ive lived at Quarry Trail for almost 2.5 years . I have not had any issues while living here. The staff is always helpful when a need or concern arises as well as maintenance. Everything you need to know regarding charges/fee is clearly laid out and they will always let you know before hand if you will be charged for anything. What I love most is the shuttle that we have. Its very convenient for anyone who does not have a car, University parking pass, or anyone who just struggles to find parking on campus. Quarry Trail really caters to their residents and it shows. I highly recommend QT to anyone looking to live at a place where you get the most out of your dollar.

I love living here, because of the shuttle, it is amazing not to have to worry about finding a parking spot on campus. Ive made some good friends here, and maintence is very fast when you call and ask for a repair. And The staff is very friendly and accommodating!!

Living at Quarry Trail has been a pleasant experience for the last two years. I have participated in roommate matching both years I lived here and Quarry Trail has done a wonderful job facilitating that. The amenities they offer are nice to have even though I didn't always use them. They also host resident events that help unify the community and help you get to know students that are living in the community (or at least those students that actually participate in them). The shuttle is nice because you can ride it over to campus and not spend gas money as well as for the 8 am's when you aren't really functioning or alert enough to drive, you can ride it and get there safely. The apartments themselves are nice and having a furnished apartment is very easy with moving because you don't have to worry about hauling your own stuff in. The maintenance staff is very helpful and very quick at taking care of the requests. It is also a luxury to have your own bathroom and not have to share with roommates. All in all it is college living. There is only so much you can expect from living with college students. That is not to say that it is Quarry Trails fault for promoting a college community but this is not something that only QT is subjected to. QT has done their best to take care of these situations to the best of their ability. The apartments are affordable in perspective to the amenities they offer as well as the "product" they provide. Take a look and see if you like it. Its not for everyone but they do their best to accommodate and are willing to work with you at any stage of your housing journey.

Pros: furnished, they complete maintenance requests fairly quickly, shuttle bus to campus Cons: FILTHY, mold in bathrooms and kitchen that they call iron build up, you can hear absolutely everything, random families w/kids show up at the pool all the time even though this is student housing and the pool is supposed to be private, maintenance comes in whenever they want (a guy came in my room when I was taking a nap) Ive lived here for 3 years and I cannot express how excited I am to get out. Its a decent place when youre young and just need somewhere cheap to live while in school. Its basically just a bunch of college kids partying and breaking things, so expect noisy and dirty neighbors. You get what you pay for. They dont really take noise complaints seriously, youre better off just heading to the library to study.

The prices are very reasonable considering how close the apartments are to campus and that they are fully furnished. Quarry Trail also offers many amenities such as a workout room, free printing, and a free shuttle to campus. Great value for the price!

I have live here for 2 years soon to be third. I have not had any problems while living here. The apartment complex is very quite and the drive to campus is not bad at all. On top of the various amenities they have, they also host events throughout the month that include food :)! The staff is very helpful and responds timely to emails.

I have lived here for the past 3 years. I enjoy Quarry Trail and the distance from campus since the strip and campus are usually super busy and has lots of traffic. They replaced our carpet with hardwood, and we have loved that. The only complaint I have is if you have noisy neighbors, you'll be able to hear it pretty clearly. Maintenance is very attentive and quick to fix things you need fixed, haven't had any issues with the office staff either.

Ive lived at QT for 2 years (in July) and I really love everything about this apartment complex. Its a great place for student living with all of the included amenities: 3 pools, sand volleyball, tanning, theatre, gym, entertainment, and more! The only issue I had was the drive, which I didnt even have issue with the first year living here. Now that Im older, go out and have my niche of friends (who all live in the fort) its just sometimes difficult to drive back and forth to campus/fort. Over all I love QT. If my roommates next year wanted to live here again I would sign again in a heartbeat.

I have loved living here. I previously lived in another fully furnished student apartment complex in Knoxville and did not like it at all, so when my friends wanted to sign at Quarry Trail, I was a little nervous, but this place has been great! It's a beautiful landscape and you have a ton of windows with blinds so if you like natural light like I do, you can let the sunshine in all the time and its wonderful, or if you don't, the windows have blinds when you move in so you can keep them shut. The furniture is all very basic but comfy and easy to style around, and I loved having a bar top in the kitchen. The kitchen is pretty big btw! I had the option to live on the 3rd floor which I highly suggest because no upstairs neighbors and you get vaulted ceilings. The flooring/walls are super not-tacky and easy to decorate with too. They have a great area with pools, tanning, grills, workout room, etc. and I've never had a problem with any of it. And lastly, the staff has always been very friendly to me and any time I had a question (or like when my smoke detector wouldn't quit beeping lol) they were super helpful and always there when I need them. Y'all I just really enjoyed living here. I think it's a great option for a place to stay all your years at school, especially if you're from out of town and don't want to haul furniture, or even if you just enjoy a social atmosphere!

I have lived here for 2 years now and it has overall been a nice place to live. The amenities are great, especially the pool and printers. The only complaint I have is that every apartment in my building has had the carpet replaced with hardwood except mine. There are numerous tears and stains left by previous owners on the carpet but management has refused to replace it because they say its still in good condition. They also say that it is because we havent moved out and they are only replacing bad carpet in empty units over the summers. I have offered to leave for a few days so this could be done but they still say no. I just want my apartment to be as updated as the other ones because Im paying the same price as people with updated floors.

I have lived here for the last year and I think it is pretty great for a college apartment! I love being away from campus sometimes and it is still really easy to get to campus. The bus drivers are all great! I also enjoy the workout room and pool. Plus, they have fun events each month and a ton of free food.

The staff is very flexible and nice ! Also, they are very good at their job. I had an issue with selecting my room and they responded back within a day with a perfect solution ! I cant wait to move into my new upgraded room with new appliances, wooden floors, etc. Quarry Trails allow you to get more bang for your buck as a college student .

Quarry Trail is really a good place. They have every amenity you can want. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is timely. The only thing I have to dislike (the one star drop) is that occasionally the water will be turned off for hours, and I'm someone that can't go without brushing my teeth or showering. Other than that, QT is a great place to live! So great, I signed a lease for another year. Update* This semester has been ridiculous, to say the least. I had to call to get a (very rude) maintenance person to come "fix" my plumbing issues 3 times. Clearly, they were never fixed. Then, they sent the standard resident check-in text. I tell them it wasn't fixed. Was anything done about it? Absolutely not. Was I given a response? No. Recently, I (and apparently others) went without Wi-Fi more than once, and I think that's just absurd. The Wi-Fi isn't great to begin with, but it's even worse when there is absolutely no connection and you're trying to do your studies. So much for "student" living. Management seems to care less about issues. You're better off going somewhere else, based on my experiences the last three months.

Do like terrible service delivered with a smile? Come on down to Quarry Trail Leasing office. Lots of amenities here let me list them for ya! You will be profusely misdirect 9/10 you visit the office. Many mistakes will be made on the end of the happy staff as they request that you be patient and understanding because they are learning. Oh yeah they are always learning because guess what new staff every other month wooo! While you are forced to wait on correct and accurate answers to be produced they will the proceed to rush you get things complete on your end after they screwed it up the first time. When mistakes are addressed you will receive a sincere apologies with now resolution to the problem. Too bad banks stopped accepting sorry's as a form of money last week. Darn! Quarry Trail home of broken promises, but on a good note all of these amenities are free of charge : ) Good news is the only problem I have experienced is with the management team. These are great apartment to live in, im extremely happy with my home. If you can put up with an untrained staff you will enjoy every other aspect of Quarry Trail. If i could rate the physical apartment separate from the leasing office staff its a 5/5. P.S. In case anyone needed an example of how problems are not solved. Observe how they gave me a sorry butt copy and pasted apology instead of addressing their substandard service. Mediocre, indignant, inadequate just a few words to describe the staff.

They always really try to involve the residents in activities and theres also a lot of options as far as rooms go. I really glad I chose to live at Quarry Trail.

This is a lovely apartment complex where I have lived for the past 3 years. I have changed 3 different buildings within the complex due to personal reasons however I love the complex and would suggest anybody to live here. The staff is very helpful and remembers your name as well as accommodates you as best as possible. Just give them a call and they will direct your call to the person that can best help you. There is a Starbucks coffee machine with fully stocked creamers, syrup, and many types of tea for everyone's taste. Printing is great as well and is available 24 hours a day and that is ideal if you don't want to buy a printer.

The prices are very reasonable considering how close the apartments are to campus and that they are fully furnished. Quarry Trail also offers many amenities such as a workout room, free printing, and a free shuttle to campus. My only complaint would be with their roommate matching. My random roommates are sweet girls, but they are they have a polar opposite living style of that which I requested to be paired with. This has caused issues with studying and a bit of tension, but what can you do? All-in-all, if you can go in with roommates that you already know, you'll likely have a good experience!

I really enjoyed living here. The staff got me two roommates who were cool to hang out with and had similar interests despite me being an older student (25). I was able to practice my instrument no problem with no noise complaints. The apartments are right next to UT medical center where most of my shifts were. The pool and treadmills were in great condition and a nice place to relax & tan.

I've lived at quarry trail for a little while over a year now and the low reviews are ridiculous in my opinion. When you sign a lease here, you should realize that you are paying significantly less than you would elsewhere, so naturally not everything will be "perfect" It's cheap, close to campus, has great amenities, great maintenance team, great office staff, and it's a extremely large floor plan for what you pay. On the flip side, the few downsides are that they don't prorate your first month even though you're only there for 2 weeks in August, you can't have more than one parking pass even if you are willing to pay to have two vehicles there, clubhouse hours aren't great for someone with a full time job and class if you're trying to get to the gym, and the fees for fixing some things when you move out are kind of steep. That being said, it's a business, not your parents house. I've never had an issue that wasn't taken care of in a professional manner by the staff. It's great for what you pay and I signed here for another year.

I lived at QT for two years and I loved it. Rent isn't all that high compared to other student living apartments near campus - it was very reasonable. Maintenance is always quick to fix problems you submit a service request about. There are always community events with free food to go to. The only negative thing about this place is the slow internet. Sometimes management is a little rude for no reason, but dealing with some of the petty people in these reviews would put me in a bad mood too.

Extremely expensive for what you get. READ THE LEASE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. They are so rude if you need to study abroad or transfer schools they will not let you out of a lease. The amenities are nice and so is the clubhouse. If you plan on even considering any sort of moving don't even mention it to the office because they say they will help and they don't. They are rude and the employees who work for the office are just college students or recent graduates who don't care to help you if your neighbors are being loud or your paperthin walls and ceilings are up until 3am on a Tuesday night. It's overpriced and to say the least I would NEVER live here again.

I have lived here for 3 years now and I love it. The only negative thing I have to say is that you do have to drive to campus or take the shuttle to go to class. I used to live on campus so it was great being able to walk to class. That being said, this place is way more spacious and homey than the other communities near campus. I have a dog and she loves to walk around and play in the grassy areas located throughout the property. Maintenance is the absolute BEST. I will put in a maintenance request and they usually come out that same day to fix whatever is broken. The apartments are very nice compared to the commons, which is the other student apartments I lived in. Over all great experience here and I'll be sad to graduate and leave! Also don't take all these negative reviews too seriously. I think some of these people's situation are blown out of proportion. I've never experienced any of the issues they experienced. For instance all these "fees" they keep talking about is crazy. Yes you do get fined for violating your lease, but it is only for you doing stupid things like leaving trash outside your door or your dog tearing up your blinds (which happened to me and I did have to pay to replace them which is totally fair). I feel like this place is very fair and accommodating and they try to give you a warning before hitting you with a fine.

Lived here for three years while in school and enjoyed it I was roommate matched my first year and it worked out great. I liked having my own bedroom and not having to share a bathroom. Maintenance fixed things quickly in my apartment and the office staff were always friendly. Pay attention to the events, there is always free food! Lots of chairs at the pool too, which is fun. Just as anywhere, make sure you read your lease before signing it that way you are aware of the rules/terms and conditions. (when rent is due, subleasing, etc)

I lived there for 2 and a half years and I enjoyed the first 2 years. They're actually pretty nice apartments and they come furnished. On the downside half the gym equipment doesn't work. Also there's no possible way to buy out of your lease so think very carefully before living there. The office staff also doesn't seem to know what they're doing, and they can get kind of snarky. They have a bus which is great, but it's not big enough to fit everyone who wants to ride on it. So be prepared you might not be able to ride it. They also have a printing lab which doesnt work half the time. So if you do sign a lease be prepared for half your stuff not to work and to be stuck there awhile.

I love where I live. QT is great. The staff is always very helpful, maintenance always fixes anything that breaks quickly, and its always clean. Its in a good location, so the daily commute to campus isnt bad. They even have a shuttle and its normally pretty timely if you dont want to drive to campus. It also came furnished, which was very important for me and my bank account. They just updated the Wi-Fi, and though I have heard some complaints, I havent had any problems. Theyre working with everyone as fast as possible to get it 100% running. They constantly work to solve any problems a resident has. I have a furnished apartment with water, cable, Wi-Fi, and parking included in my relatively inexpensive rent. Its unbeatable. I would recommend anyone wanting an off campus apartment to live here.
