Staff was friendly. It was in a nice spot but the pictures on the internet looked better than the apartments themselves. Were saying the tennis and basketball court on the hill was theirs...but the complex we seen located to them said that they were theirs so im not sure if they really are or not. Dont think the prices matched well with what you would get tho. Better bang for your buck at other locations of course.

My husband and I lived at Carriage Hill for 5 years. We didn't renew our lease this year because we got an opportunity to buy a house out in the country that we just could not pass up. I just wanted to say that the office staff and maintenance guys were always wonderfully friendly, professional, and responsive to us. The complex is as old as I am, so expect it to be a bit outdated, but for the price and the location you just can't beat it. We were pleased to call it home and would undoubtedly still be there if not for the house opportunity. Thanks Leslie, you're the greatest!

Nice place I like where I am at. The front office staff are easy to deel with and the maintenance crew handles my issues asap.

Its a cozy apartment with nice pool and service. But myriad cockroaches in the first floor is undeniable.

If it wasn't for the multiple break ins of my car and my motorcycle being stolen from its chains, this place probably wouldn't be so bad. The staff is pretty solid and the apartments are a little dated but for the price you really can't blame them. However, the absurd amount of theft that has occurred (no security cameras by the way, and the losses before insurance is approaching $4000) far outweigh any reason I'd ever live here again. Good riddance.
