I move in May 11th at 6:20 p.m. by the time I was finished moving it was 11:30 we went to turn on the hot water and of course the hot water heater was not on. The assistant manager Isadora Ruiz sent me an e-mail a couple of days prior asking me to sign up with electric and gas which I did but the maintenance person said they never let them know to turn on my gas at the complex. These are supposed to be the Platinum Apartments. But there's nothing Platinum I have a cold shower at night. The next morning the toilet paper holder broke the dishwasher didn't work the garbage disposal didn't work and the closet beam came down after hanging my clothes up. I communicated all of that with the assistant manager Saturday morning and here we are Wednesday the 16th and they still haven't come to repair it!!! Have no respect for anyone!!! This is the worst place I've ever moved to if I could give it a zero I would! You would think since I just moved in that they would come to fix things but no my son goes into the office to ask him if they keep giving him the runaround saying the maintenance is coming I'm a nurse I work 12-hour shifts 4 days a week and I've sent plenty of emails with no response to any of my emails as much fun! I've asked for the corporate number and they refused to give it to me. If anybody knows the corporate number please respond help :-( UPDATES REVIEW...6/4/2018 Gina the manager came to talk to me personally. She showed genuine interest in my complaints, and demonstrated DUE DILUGENCE in addressing my concerns. She is a true asset!!!!!

So often we take for grated when we encounter positive, friendly, courteous professionals. We just enjoy the experience and keep it pushing. Well, I decided to do things differently this time. In my opinion, I live at the best apartment complex on the west coast. The property management staff on site are amazing. Especially Gina the manager. They are always positive and upbeat. They're extremely professional and bend over backwards to accommodate me whenever I need help with something. They truly make me feel at home. They are simply FABULOUS!! I happen to notice the review about Gina coming to work swelling like booze and weed. I have been living here for 14 years and never once found Gina anything more than professional and always ready to go the extra mile on behalf of her residents. I highly recommend this community.

I called Hollypark and set up an appointment with Hugo. When I showed up for my appointment Hugo gave me a tour and was very calm , he showed me all of the amenities, laundry room etc... He made me feel like this Holly Park would be my new home. The manager is also very personable as well.

Safe, Cozy and friendly apartments! Large living space, broad inside street, parking garage, and you can take a walk at night at street. Apartment managers are so nice and helpful, and they even helped me get a UHUAL when it was busy season (we could not find a UHUAL for moving out from previous place). Very happy to live here and strongly recommend!
