Here is a brief overview of our requirements: we require you to make 2.5 times the amount of rent per month before taxes, no criminal record, cannot be in the process of bankruptcy or have an open case, if you have an eviction it must be at least 3 years old and you must have verifiable positive rental history for at least 12 months since the eviction and you cannot owe a previous landlord. You cannot have more than $5,000 in collections not including medical or educational loans. In some cases we may ask that you pay an additional deposit. Everyone that is 18 years or older must apply and be on the lease.
