Saw Evans Gonzalez today for apartment leasing, he was nothing but a pleasure to have as our leasing coordinator, knowing he is working in one of the few places where we could find someone who spoke spanish sealed the deal for us as my mother only speaks a bit of english and walking into a place where language is a barrier can often be very uncomfortable. He was very pleasant and we feel very welcomed already as new tenants . He explained everything very well and ensured we left satisfied and with all questions answered after having to repeat himself several times. looking forward to living here.

This place is alright. The biggest complaints I have are the very thin walls. I feel people run up and down the stairs all day and I can hear the neighbors very easily and vice versa. I'm paying 1299 (discount price) for a 2 bedroom 1st floor no balcony, tiny windows. It's over priced for what it's worth but that's all apartments in colorado. The staff is nice but often time not there and not all that helpful with somethings. For example there's free Internet but none have been able to help me set that up. But not a bad place, worth it Edit. I've since moved out for many different reasons but am apartment hunting in the area again and am great considering moving back. The staff was always very friendly and always able to help me in a timely manner with any maintenance issues and any other questions I may have had. The other reviews I've read sounds like people had problems contacting the office through phone or email but I always visit in person so never had issues with them, if they were busy I would just return later and would be helped immediately. I enjoyed the free breakfasts or occasional snacks they had and a wonderful fire pit and pool I'm really missing. The only thing holding me back is the rent price has gone up, not quite sure if it's still in my budget but I might consider the other complexes owned by collective Glendale which seem pretty nice too, minus Cambridge place

The apartments are great! Great location great furnishing absolutely beautiful And very great price! Unfortunately, working with the staff is a nightmare. They never answer the phone, reply to emails, or do ANYTHING that requires the least amount of effort from them. My friend was supposed to stay at my place and didnt have a spare key, so she went to the office to try and have someone let her in and the employee- I wont say names- Literally told her I have somewhere to be. I cant help you this was at 6:00 pm. My friend was outside at night without a jacket and with her phone at 1%. I had called the office no joke, 30 times, no one picked up. I then emailed 15 times because they had the excuse that they never got the email Ever since I signed on with the place, they have dropped off of the face of the earth. The only Time Ive heard from them is when they called asking me to write a yelp review for them because their ratings were so low. Well, here you go. Whoever is running the show over there/ youve got great property and prime location. The staff being friendly only when its convenient for them is a bad move for keeping your tenants happy, and a very poor way to spend money (paying them to do nothing outside of the bare minimum) Sorry girls, I said Id write you a review and honestly youre all very sweet. But theres only one girl over there who Ive seen really do her job. But I guess thats just my opinion.

I lived in this complex for three years and I loved my apartment! I enjoyed the year around hot tub and small little gym that was open 24 hours. The complex was quite and well maintained always. I never had any issues with management or any of the neighbors. The washer and dryer rooms were always clean and its free laundry!! The complex is right off busy colorado blvd so you are close to everything, yet far enough away to leave your windows open at night for some peace and quite. Infinity park is a couple blocks away, my puppy and I enjoyed our long walks around the park. I miss living there. Definitely recommend for a long term stay. :)

It seems that most of the reviews are of the complex prior to a change in management. I greatly enjoy living at Infinity Flats. The amenities are great and include free laundry and wifi. The office is welcoming and they have free breakfast periodically. The only problem I've had is that there is usually a broken laundry unit in at least one of the two laundry rooms I use, and they take a while to get fixed.

I will say that my experience with Infinity Flats started off a little rocky but when Jodi Rossi and her team took over things really improved. I lived there during a transition between ownership. Once I got to know the new staff and saw the improvements they were making I was very comfortable living at Infinity Flats. The place is in a very nice location, well kept and if you have a problem of concern they will tend to it quickly. I would recommend living there or in any of their properties (The Collective Glendale) to anyone.

Honestly, this place has been one of the best places I have lived in the past several years! I am surprised to see the negative reviews! Our community is gorgeous, yes we are pet friendly community so if you don't like pets don't CHOOSE to live here! The kitchens are gorgeous and large compared to several other complexes! The staff is friendly and will listen to ANY concern you will have! I have renewed for another year here! We have awesome neighbors and a beautiful pool! :)

Never again-Ony good was they allowed our Rottweiler. There was cockroaches despite deep cleaning the place, trying pesticides and even complaining about it but never got sprayed except once when we had just moved it and shortly after cockroaches started flooding in. The stupidest thing was we had not being paying pet rent but wanted to upgrade to a better apartment only if we did suddenly we would have to pay rent-Unless we staying in the same apartment. They were not helpful at all-Pleased we found somewhere better.

I just moved out of Infinity Flats after living there for two years. Honestly, the place was great. I never had an issue with management, never had any serious maintenance issues, and the move out process was great. I loved the dog park and I loved the public amenities (when I used them). The community was so-so... there were some fantastic people there but there were also so less than desirable people, too. Overall I felt safe being in the dog park late at night and never had any issues with theft or anything. There is one issue that I feel should be mentioned and it's the fountain/pool in the dog park. This year (2015) the "pool" has been filled with a green much for months. It's disgusting and if a dog drank any of the soup from it the dog would most likely turn into a giant diarrhea spigot.

I've been living at Infinity Flats for about 3 months. I've read through these reviews, and felt compelled to write a review. At least this apartment building is not bad at all for the price. So far, I haven't had any problems with bugs as has been written in other reviews. The office collects any packages that are delivered, which is a big plus. The location is excellent for the price. It's close to many bus lines, a quick 10 minutes bike ride to the Colorado Light Rail station and very close to Infinity Park. Maybe the poor reviews were for other buildings, but this one seems fine so far.

Currently at 1150 Birch. Management could be nicer. But overall apartment price and quality is good for the area and Denver economic boom. NO BUGS which is difficult to find in Denver. Overall it is quiet here. The dog parks could use a little love. Maintenance requests can take up to a week which is understandable for the number of properties owned by blue line. Parking is readily available off street and in lot.
