I have emailed multiple times about the apartment above me and their dogs consistently urinating on their porch and coming through the boards to our porch, as well as another issue; they will not communicate back. I dont feel as if the disgusting smell of urine on my porch is no big deal to them. I would never recommend this apartment complex or management team to anyone.

Wow has this place changed. When I moved in 6 months ago, the management was great, and the community was respectful. Since moving in, 2 cars have been stolen, new tenants have moved in with much larger occupancy than what is legal, and overall people no longer respect the community they live in. The management office has been closed even during open hours, which makes getting my packages frustrating. Not the worst place to live but definitely on a decline. What is sad is the issues at hand are completely manageable and mostly directly related to how the property is managed (or lack there of). I really hoped I had finally found a place to live for more than a year but who knows. Not to mention the time they threaten to take myself and my roommate to court because we were being evicted, except we had paid our rent in full. I asked them if this was a mistake and they reassured me they had the right unit. I then went to the leasing office and they apologized because they meant another tenant in a completely different property. Maybe next time double check before you come to my unit and threaten me with legal action.

Over time since living here now for almost 3 years, I can confirm we will not be renewing our lease. The neighbors have been great, but management is completely disorganized. We are going on almost 16 hours of no hot water in our building. I understand issues arise, but clearly the tenants are not a priority. Took almost a 2 week period to resolve a diswasher issue and to find out a component that was apparently damaged wasn't. We hear pipe rattling noises on a consistent basis. After speaking with maintenance they stated it was stemming from someone's apartment, but didn't know whose. Yet, they confirm it does not pose a safety threat. The noise is sporadic at all hours of the day/night. Disappointed with the turn-around times. Not expecting immediate resolutions, but with the amount of time we have been out of hot water at this point, I am fed up.

I've been at FMF for a little over a year and a half now and it's been really great. I had a little mishap with my hot water which unfortunately took a few days to get fully resolved, but we had a maintenance guy, Andy, come and take a look at our shower and he was so pleasant and polite that I felt like I had to share and call him out for it even if the story started a little rocky. 5/5, would recommend you live here. The staff is always very responsive and keen to helping you enjoy your time here.

They work hard for their tenants. The units are wonderful especially the updated ones. The office ladies are fantastic and try to work with you in every way. They love to say yes which is rare when it comes to tenant-landlord relations. The only negative side of Four Mile Flats is they took all the grass out and put rocks. The rocks are nice but without plants it looks sort of like a jail. If they added a bunch of plants to place would perk up and really look like the buildings around them. Right now it's a bit raw and needs a little gardening. On a positive note they're very dog friendly. The people are very friendly. And the units are very large. Also there's a ton of parking.

this place is incredible. super close to downtown, lofted ceilings, cozy fireplace and large private balcony! Tara Bolin was beyond incredible throughout the whole process. From apartment hunting to being an amazing resource while i was a tenant, she has always been friendly, warm, and welcoming! give this girl a RAISE!
