Good amenities and friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent parking. But music by the pool area is too loud. I can hear it in my room with the windows closed even when I asked the front desk to turn it down. and the floodlights at night shine right into my window. If they are going to shine a floodlight outside, the rooms should have blackout curtains instead of blinds. Blinds do not keep the light out.

I love living at Varsity House because of the sense of community I feel when living here. They often hold community activities at the pool or in the main lobby such as Game nights or the occasional BBQ.

My experience with the property is amazing. I would like to see a grill by the pool but other then that everything here is pretty amazing. Low prices for a great quality complex!

I personally like living here. Rooms are nice, and so is staff. This apartment complex is pretty close to campus and offers two really great bus routes. My only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin.

The actual apartment is great! I only wish that the parking situation could be fixed, it has been a problem for the residents here for a few years now, it would be beneficial if we could get some more parking options for our guests the problem would be solved. Other than that I am satisfied with the price and location of the apartment.

Great place to live close to campus and archer. Management is good and effective in the apartaments I just think that they need to clean and repair the carpets on the hallways because I just smeel old. But appart from that is jusr great.

Besides the pest control and the appearance of the hallways for the residents, Varsity House isn't that bad. I'd give it a 3.5/5 just because improvements can be made on the overall environment.

Some minor problems going on with the varsity house. Like the internet and the mail box assignment. Except for that, everything is fine with this community. Quite and a really good place to stay in Gainesville.

Office staff is super helpful with apartment issues. Quick to respond if you just ask. The apartment itself is super spacious. Love that I have my own parking spot.

Varsity House is an awesome apartment. It's quiet, spacious, and there's always fun resident activities planned. It's on the far southwest corner of campus, so it's a bit far from classes, but it's the closest apartment to the southwest recreation center. I highly recommend!

After living in the dorms with mold growing on my stuff, these apartments are a huge upgrade. Yes, you can sometimes hear outside noise, and they do employ residents to work in the office but they have always been helpful when my parents or I have had questions. As far as value, it is also a huge improvement compared to dorms. It boils down to you get what you pay for. You can move someplace more expensive, and your experience will reflect that. I find this place to be reasonable, and just signed on for my second year. Also, the water is not Varsity House specific. It is public water, so I don't believe they'd have control over it. I do use a Brita filter which does the trick.

I love it here! The amenities are absolutely unmatched, and the price of the units is the cheapest you'll find this close to campus. I cannot wait to move in!

The management started out poorly at the beginning of this year but thankfully there is all new management. I feel like the Grove does an OK job but nothing above and beyond. Very nice apartments for the price!

Overall it is a lovely place to live. Great location and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and it is a nice environment. Only big problem is the lack of parking and buses near by.
