Ducks Village is an amazing, affordable place for students to live. It has many features other complexes do not have; such as, a pool, hot tub, tanning bed, and gym. The staff are helpful as well.

It's not a bad place to live. Theres a lot of amenities, plenty of parking spaces, and the office staff is extremely helpful.

Their new mattress is too comfortable, makes it even harder to get up in the morning.

I'm adjusting my review to show that this situation has now been resolved. I walked into my apartment and was shocked at the disgusting filth and mess. The management had made a mistake and marked it as a rollover. Unlucky for me I had to reap their mistakes and do some hard scrubbing before they finally got cleaners to deep clean the place 12 days after I had been paying for this apartment. At my request of a refund for those 12 days, they said no, and that they would only refund me for the 5 days that I had keys to the place. After sharing my experience online they have since contacted me and credited me the 12 days. In the future, I hope they automatically take care of the tenants and don't wait until they make such a fuss.

Do not stay here during summer! The roof maintenance every morning will drive you crazy! Otherwise it''s a good place.

Someone stole all of my favorite clothes out of the dryer. The doors to the laundry rooms usually lock but this particular room has not had a working lock. So some selfish child went inside and took three different people's laundry and mixed them together and stole my clothes; Including my work uniforms. If this person ever reads this then thanks a lot for only thinking of yourself. Also, thanx to the staff for not keeping track of the facilities. And thanx to the security which didn't watch to see someone messing around in the laundry room.

People in office are actually really friendly and let ya live your life... aka make a reasonable amount of noise. 10/10 recommend. Also ask about referrals and save some money :)
