I can easily say I have had THE BEST experience at the club at chandler! For college living, this place is top 5 best apartments in Lansing. I have never been treated so fairly and so well before in my life by an apartment complex. When i have an issue, they take their time to understand it and then proceed to educate me on what will happen next. Nate has to be one of the greatest employees i have had the pleasure to work with. LIVE AT CHANDLER!! I can't say it enough!

I really need to say thanks to Yining Chen, the international student ambassador of The Club at Chandler Crossings. I chose The Club as my first choice for leasing apartment at first but then canceled my application because of personal reasons, while I really like the living environment there. In the meantime, Yining Chen has been so patient and kind to me for all issues I have faced in this process and really helped me a lot. The Club will be a perfect choice if you are searching for a great apartment !!!

I toured this complex with a friend of mine and our tour guide Bailey was super friendly and helpful with assisting us with any and all questions. I have previously visited the club with a friend who is a resident and the amenities are great and updated as well as the staff being super friendly!

To compare with other apartment on abbot rd you may find the good parts. Security go around apartment every night, low rent price and weightroom+indoor basketball court+swimming pool. However the deposit return make most international guys worried. The employs all nice here.

Have been living here for 2 years. I would definitely renew again if I'm not graduating. All the office staff are super nice and their work is very efficient. Huge shout out to Yining, she is always nice and helpful. It is nice to have her, and she made me feel like I am at home. They just recently upgrade the social lounge as well. Love the ping pong table and automatic mahjong table!

I lived here for 3 years. And i already signed contract for my next year living here. Here is why I like this place. 1. Its true that the service sucks the first year I lived here. But they changed the managing company two years ago. And the new stuffs are amazing. 2. Its safe living here because police and security patrol around 24/7. You can see staff cleaning the road once there snows. 3. They give you a CATA bus pass each semester for FREE. The bus stop is about 50 meters away from my apartment. Its so convenient that route 26 comes every 5-8 minutes. 4. Open parking which means you can let your friends parking overnight. 5. Yeah, they have everything. Fitness, indoor basketball playground and swimming pool, dancing room... And their apartments are fully furnished. 6. Rent is the best in Lansing area. And they have free high speed internet. What is not so good over here. As a three years resident I have to tell you something I dislike about here. 1. Its 3 miles away from campus. It will take you 10 minutes to drive or 15 minutes to take a bus to get there. Its not so good for lazy people who have a class at 8am. 2. If your neighbor is a party guy you will probably be annoyed by their noise. The noise concealing is not good here. I hope they could fix this problem later. 3. Jimmys pub is great. But theres no other restaurant that you can directly walk there. 4. Your apartment key is a card. You will be charged 25 dollars if you lost it. Overall, Id recommend you living here if your budget is about 450-700 dollars a month.

I was going to let my daughter sign a lease here, but she decided to stay at home for one more year to save money before she graduated. However, this apartment community is definitely one of the nicest that I've seen in Lansing and very affordable! I've heard lots of chatter that it is far away from Campus, but it is honestly very close! Right off of Abbott road which takes you directly to mid-campus. As a parent, I wouldn't want my daughter living far from campus. Facilities are immaculate and everyone is so nice, I felt very welcomed here and felt very comfortable letting my daughter live here as well! I recommend all of my friends who have children to look here. I've heard a lot of very poor things about this community under the old management as well, and looks like the new management has done wonderful things to turn it around. A young girl named Taylor or Tyler helped us with our tour and I can say I was very impressed. I could tell walking in that this was going to be an office that was run by the help of college students, which is completely fine, but she exceeded our expectations and more. I felt as though I was speaking to a true professional, she was very relate-able and easy to conversate with. The Leasing Manager, Nathan, was also very pleasant to speak with. I think he could tell we weren't making a decision on that particular day, and he wasn't forceful when speaking with us, just cared to ask us once again what it was we were looking for and wanted to reiterate our signing price and all that comes with signing. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Truly, if you are a parent looking for your child or a college student, please make this a stop on your apartment searches. Much better than most places here in Lansing that most of the time don't really care about your living situation and your needs, just want your money. Wonderful place!

Living at the club is definitely a very welcoming experience. The office always go out of their way to get the residents involved with free food events on Friday that are really good and give a good chance to get to know the employees better. Living at the club has also been very enjoyable as well. The maintenance team is always very friendly and quick to respond to any issues that you may have with you apartment. The office staff is also very friendly and willing to help get you information or give you information on specials or upcoming events that they may be hosting. I've lived here for two years and I have enjoyed my whole experience living at The Club!

This is my third year living at the Clubs and for the most part my experience has been good. Nate, Chris, and Roman are the most helpful people in the office. If you have any questions or problems the boss David does respond in a timely manner. Greg is another great person on the team. Overall, I would say it is a nice and convenient place to live.

I've lived with DTN, at Abbot Place, and Block36 so I can say from experience Chandler definitely blows these places out of the park! The amenities here are so worth the rent you pay and you get your own room/bathroom! Plus, the staff is so helpful and super nice.

Really nice place to stay... HOWEVER the management all throughout Chandler is terrible. I wish this was the case of "I had one bad event and now i am mad," but there has been multiple cases where management was incompetent and did things such as: lost rent check, misplaced paperwork needed for subleasing, promised they would take care of a situation and then 3 weeks later completely forget what they needed to do etc etc.. You have to really search to find good managers within Chandler. I have met 2 out of 30 plus managers that acted professionally and took care of business in a timely fashion. If you are planning on staying at Chandler Crossings be prepared to be irritated by things you shouldn't have to worry about.
