I have been trying to reach the leasing office for a whole week. Ive called about 5 times, emailed twice, and have gotten no responses. I even went to the leasing office during their work hours, and guess what? Whoever was supposed to work there on a Thursday was out for lunch for possibly more than 2 hours. I got there at around 12:30pm and went back at 2pm, no one was there! Do you even want people to rent a unit when we cant even reach you guys? Do a better job on customer service.

A couple of other things I forgot to mention there are cameras everywhere so I feel safe. The parking lot floods when it rains in front of my car and there aren't any amenities here.

This is a realitvely new apartment building and doesn't have many reviews so I want to put one out there. I lived here during the school year and it has been great overall. It's close to campus if you are an MSU student and close to Frandor shopping center. The apartment complex its self is quiet. This is a pretty diverse building (families and students) so it's not parties going on all the time. I live almost directly over the ATM so I can hear people clicking away on the machine at all times of the day. Also, this apartment is on Michigan Ave so sometimes you can hear the traffic. As far as the noise goes in the apartment the floors and walls are pretty thin so everyday I have to hear what's going on in the apartment next to me which can be a little disturbing. Too touch on some of the things in the apartment...I feel like some of the things were cheaply done. Be ready to stand everyday in the shower because they are stall like showers, which sucks because after a long day sometimes I want to soak in a tub. Also, I had to change the shower head because the other one had real low pressure. And the hot water can run out quickly if you want to wash dishes and shower close together be prepared. I like that there isn't any carpet so it's easy to clean up. There is no window in the bedroom which was different for me. The window in the living room opened to the West so I had a really nice sunset everyday. The maintenance team is really nice and efficient they have fixed all of my problems in a timely manner. They always give notice before entering the apartment and that is a plus. When I moved in I worked with Jason and he was a lot of help. They recently changed over staff so I am not so sure how they are. Upon moving in you have to pay for a redecoration fee of $200 that you don't get back along with the security deposit. You have to pay for a parking spot every month. The parking here is a headache if you want to have people over. They are always threatening to tow people's car. If you park in the extra space on the leasing side of the building. This can be a bit irritating. Nothing is included in your rent price you have to pay for cable, water sewer trash, and electric all seperate. Overall, it has been a pleasure living here I am moving out of state or I would consider living here another year but to my understanding they are upping the price for my studio and I would definitely look else where before committing because there might be something out there for a better price. I hope this is helpful.
