Moved into a Lincoln unit recently, and so far our experience has been amazing. There's a lot to love about it, our favorite things are the space and storage space, private entries, washer/dryer in-unit, secure package pickup (I order from Amazon frequently), lots of available non-covered parking, low amount of noise (I've been here almost a month and I've only heard noise from a neighboring apartment once). We had some small issues with our dishwasher not getting water correctly and our AC not cooling properly, but we filled out a maintenance request and Harry from maintenance fixed them both very quickly. Shout out to him! So far my only complaint is that there aren't any bike racks or a building to store bikes in. I'd love to see that addressed so that I don't have to store it in my apartment.

It's not well insulated for sound or cold. Pretty expensive to live here and not be able to use certain things for 6 months at a time.

UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER. So they agreed to replace the carpet for a brand new one. That was nice, but we had to remove all our furniture again, in order to have it replaced. Still looks nicer now. It seems like the administration changed, and we are noticing that in a good way. Prompt responses whenever we call or send them emails. Maintenance came in less than 24 hours to check a strange odor coming from the entry door. They sealed the area and eliminate the odor for a couple of days until they install a new door for us. So far, our experience in this community has been improving. It is a very quiet community I must say, and the neighbors are nice and quiet. -------------------------------------------------------------- October I gave them a 1 star. We have not moved in yet and we are already having issues. The living room is way smaller that the unit/office they showed us and they don't even take care of cleaning units for the next people... the carpet... disgusting!!! My husband filled a big bag with dog or cat hair... they said they would clean the carpet, but today they just did not show up... We're regretting we got to choose this place. Terrible!

Excellent place to live! Had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor unit with a single car garage, and in-unit laundry. The office staff and maintenance staff are the absolute best. Completely accommodating, helpful, considerate, and efficient. I don't think that I waited more than a few hours to have any maintenance requests resolved (which were minor and few and far between). The office staff answered all questions and emails promptly. I have a small dog and the green space was safe, maintained and clean for him. The pool is lovely in summer. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Hunters Ridge. If I weren't buying a home, I would 100% continue to rent here. A+

It is nice place to live. Friendly neighborhood and nice environment. However there are some down sides: 1) you need to bear the paper thin wall. The wall does not isolate the sound, you can clearly hear the TV noise when your roomie is watching TV in his bedroom. You may also hear up-stair's noise. 2) SO MANY BUGS. If you are afraid of bugs, this is not a good place for you to live. I am super afraid of moth. and there is a light near my door, every time I go back home and open the door is a pain of ass for me . Because the Light attracts the moth and other un-know names' bugs! You may also find spiders in your bathroom and kitchen, various size and color. lol.

I like the nicety of the apartments. They are aesthetically pleasing. The children next door cry a lot, the people on the other side of me have a very unhappy child or 2? during the day and if I am in the kitchen I can hear them. I can hear the people above me and they probably hear me too. They have very nice maintenance staff. Very customer friendly. I did have a representative, Maintenance? come into my apt. w/o a work/maintenance order who said it was a mistake. NO I am NOT Michelle and NO my toilet is working just fine. Was it a mistake or a person wanting to scope out my apt? Don't know. Will call in AM and let office know that from now on no one comes unless we are here to greet them. Got locked out walking my dog around the building by this guy!. Jury is still out. I have lived here approximately 2 months now. So far OK. So far so good. I think I may like it here.

My wife and I just wrapped our second stay at Hunter's Ridge. We were building our new home and went back to Hunter's Ridge with our toddler daughter for an eight month stay. We had previously lived at Hunter's Ridge several years ago as well. We can't say enough great things about the apartment and especially the staff at Hunter's Ridge. We were constantly treated like family. Each member of their staff greeted us by first name and knew which apartment we were in. Every need we had was immediately accommodated. The grounds were kept up quite nicely and our family very much enjoyed the pool, hot tub, playgrounds, tanning bed, and fitness center. I would more than recommend Hunter's Ridge I would urge anyone looking in the mid-Michigan area to check them out.
