I do maintenance on these

The apartment maintenance is non existent. When the air conditioning was running all the time but not cooling I found the furnace filter had not been changed in years. There was a half inch of dirt caked on it and the whole cooling coil a block of ice letting little to no air through. The condensate drain was also plugged. Couldn't get maintenance to come do it. Windows are like school bus windows, air ice and bugs come through constantly. Washing machine broke and Maintenance was unable to fix for weeks claiming special order parts because just since you have hundreds of the same washer doesn't mean parts are available in Columbus Ohio. Idiots. Maintenance left wet rags laying outside the front door indefinitely. Changing light bulbs was also not a task maintenance could handle. Dumpsters overflowing. All this and if you threaten to withhold rent for remedy they will go after you like a criminal. If you're from a third world country this is paradise. In Columbus Ohio about anything else is better than Edwards communities.

The staff is very pleasant. The manager there was very helpful and I love the Edwards community!

This is the pinnacle of Columbus apartment complexes. Poorly designed, not easy to get into or out of. And it's whole theme is that it's "NYC." They even have fake storefronts by the leasing office like if it were a NYC themed McDonald's. The leasing office staff have always been polite to me, though.

Amber has been so helpful! Their apartment complex couldn't accept my dog, they have a weight limit of 70 pounds and mine is much larger. Which is totally fine, I've run into that a lot. Anyway, she helped me find housing that will accept my dog. She called three separate places for me!! How sweet is that? She is super caring and I wish I could live here just because of how nice she is! Definitely will recommend to friends.

They say you never appreciate something until it's gone. I lived at TSA for a year between 2013 and 2014. When I was hear, I found things to complain about, but realize that it wasn't that bad after a moved to another place. Some of the other issues raised in other reviews are valid, but the staff does strive to make living comfortable. I'm not sure how things are now that I've been gone for months, but I still have a garage there. For the most part, I pay my rent and keep it moving. The staff typically takes my payment followed by the friendly "how are you" chit chat for a minute. All-in-all, not too bad except for the typical apartment complex living issues.
