The renovated inside is very nice. All appliances are energy efficient. The exterior and hallways could use remodeling. There is ample street parking, which doesn't provide incentive to pay for a reserved spot. The biggest drawback seems to be maintenance response time- very slow to respond, but friendly and efficient when they do come.
